D.A. "Moving Forward" on Johnstown, PA Police Shooting Probe

Police say the man who was shot was accelerating toward a police officer who had stopped another vehicle.

The investigation into the shooting death of a Johnstown man by three city police officers is moving ahead, but a decision on whether it was a justified use of deadly force has not been reached, authorities said Tuesday.
