The GSA "scandal" is a distraction, much like the Secret Service thing. We worry about a six-figure party and a $50 hooker, but ignore the Solyndras. And govt wonders why it is held in contempt.
So Romney's actually considering eliminating some departments. Good for him. This "hot mic" moment may actually score him some points with the base.
