Ron Paul "Money Bomb" Today Gets Noted by The Hill

|

The newspaper for Congress noted the ongoing fundraising effort for Rep. Ron Paul's presidential exploratory campaign when it was at $590,000 a few hours ago. It is at this writing at $642,000.

A moneybomb for Paul's LibertyPac in February (before the campaign was announced) hit $700,000. Paul's most successful moneybomb day was on December 16, 2007, during his last presidential run, where he pulled a one-day take of over $6 million.

Paul will be one of the presidential candidates appearing at tonight's Fox News debate in South Carolina, along with Gary Johnson, Herman Cain, Rick Santorum, and someone with the improbable name of "Tim Pawlenty." That airs at 9 p.m. eastern tonight.
