Los Angeles Pot Dispensary Collective Sues the City

The newly formed Los Angeles Collective Association claims an existing city moratorium on new medical marijuana dispensaries since 2007  is ""unreasonable, discriminatory and overly broad" and files a lawsuit to end it.
