Joe Scarborough Reacts to Nancy Pelosi's Recent Statements on Spending

On "Fox News Sunday," Pelosi told host Chris Wallace that it was "almost a false argument to say we have a spending problem. We have a budget deficit problem that we have to address."

Why does no one ask Pelosi, or Obama, or those who make similar claims, if they think it is literally impossible to have a "spending problem?" If, for example, Congress passed a $100 trillion budget, would Pelosi admit there might be a spending problem? If they are willing to give a specific number that indicates a true spending problem, then it's just a matter of waiting a few years to win that argument...

As long as you can still steal, borrow, or print more money, you don't have a spending problem, in the same way that noone has a drug problem until they can no longer get any drugs.
