Oooh… Controversial choice!
The case arose when a coconut carried by a European swallow dropped onto the head of a farmer in Caruthersville, Mo. The mystery was not only about weight ratios but how it flew all the way there from the U.K.
And the Supreme Court had to decide who has to know these things.
A duck!
Why a duck?
Because it weighs more than Connie Booth (the “witch”)
This decision was for the Birds!
The case was memorialized in a Marx Brothers movie.
This appears to be a point of Supreme Court history.
That would be progress.
