"[R.I.] Nightclubs That Require Vaccination Will Soon Be Allowed to Operate at Full Capacity"
If they don't require "proof of vaccination," they can only reopen at 50%.
The Providence Journal reports. There are apparently no details yet about what sort of proof will be required (including presumably as to foreign tourists), or how the law will treat people who have medical exemptions from vaccination. Thanks to Gregory Piccirilli for the pointer.
