"[R.I.] Nightclubs That Require Vaccination Will Soon Be Allowed to Operate at Full Capacity"
If they don't require "proof of vaccination," they can only reopen at 50%.
The Providence Journal reports. There are apparently no details yet about what sort of proof will be required (including presumably as to foreign tourists), or how the law will treat people who have medical exemptions from vaccination. Thanks to Gregory Piccirilli for the pointer.

We are rapidly becoming two Americas -- one where things such as this are permitted and another where they are prohibited.
Andrew "Poz Pig" Sullivan can be barebacked by a hundred HIV+ homosexuals at the local bath house but you will always need to wear a mask for your safety.
Nightclub access is a social justice issue! We will never be free unless we fight these restrictions on our ability to spray potentially virus-laden spittle at people around us in a loud, dimly lit enclosed space.
It's a private business, they can do whatever they . . . . oh, wait.
Whatever happened to "My Body, My Choice?"
Either for vaccination or wearing a face diaper?

Good.

It's a night club owner's wet dream -- people only want to get into places they can't. So your never-full nightclub now is.
