Upcoming Cato Institute forum on the new edition of my book "Democracy and Political Ignorance: Why Smaller Government is Smarter"

On Wednesday June 8, the Cato Institute, in Washington DC, will be hosting a book forum about the new, much-expanded second edition of my book Democracy and Political Ignorance: Why Smaller Government is Smarter. I will be doing a presentation about the book, including the relevance of its arguments to the extensive role of political ignorance in this year's presidential election. There will be commentary by Kristen Cambell, Executive Director of Philanthropy for Active Civic Engagement, who has a more optimistic take on voter knowledge than I do.
The event will run from 12 to 1:30 PM, and is free and open to the public. Registration and additional details here. I look forward to meeting Volokh Conspiracy readers who come to the event!
