Today's oral argument in King v. Burwell
This morning, the Supreme Court heard oral argument in King v. Burwell, a challenge to the IRS rule authorizing the issuance of tax credits for the purchase of health insurance in federal exchanges. The transcript is available here.
Shortly after the argument concluded, I participated in a teleforum conference call sponsored by the Federalist Society. A podcast of the call is available here. I hope to post more on today's argument tonight or tomorrow morning.
