Was Prince Hans meant to be 'Frozen's' villain?
Those who have been subjected to seen repeated viewings of Disney's animated blockbuster "Frozen" may be interested in Jonathan Last's essay, "In Defense of Prince Hans," from The Weekly Standard. In this article, Last surveys the evidence that Prince Hans's character in the final film is quite different from what was originally scripted. If, like me, you are likely to be forced to watch "Frozen" again, the article may give you a new perspective on the film—and after many viewings, that's a good thing.
