Wait, you mean the Foundation for Individual Rights in Education didn't purify the education system of blatant and systemic (anti-)Constitutional bias, and then rebrand as the Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression to carry the fight onward? That they more or less left the education system as it was and simply widened their customer base to chase a larger pool of ambulances? I can't believe such a principled group of activist lawyers would do such a thing.
