It takes a big man to shoot a cat in the ass. In Brownton, Minnesota, that man may be a member of the city council. According to a police report, council member Norman Gene Schwarze admitted to shooting a neighbor's cat directly in the anus, killing it. The problem, Schwarze told police, was the neighbor's failure to "keep her damn cat on her property." Schwarze may also face charges for illegally discharging a firearm.
