Nicole Waite allegedly smoked marijuana with and had sex with a 17-year-old boy. That's probably questionable conduct for any 36-year-old woman, but it's downright criminal if she is the boy's probation officer and demanded the sex for a favorable report. Prosecutors also allege that Waite told the boy to lie to the police about their relationship.
