Brickbat: Puppycide Detective

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has charged former McNairy County sheriff's deputy Connor Brackin with seven counts of aggravated animal cruelty and eight counts of reckless endangerment. Brackin, who was reportedly responding to an animal welfare call, went to a couple's home while they were at dinner and shot and killed seven of the couple's eight dogs. According to the affidavit, Brackin fired his service weapon into campers where some of the dogs were being contained. Brackin resigned from the sheriff's office after he was arrested.

UNFIT FOR DUTY. He missed the 8th dog.
Unfit for duty, he managed to hit what he was aiming at
To be fair, dogs in campers ~ fish in barrels.
He missed the 8th dog.
He didn't miss. It's to let all the other dogs know who runs things around here.
Peach of a hire.
He shoots at the muzzle flash of someone committing suicide (and gets a paid vacation), two months later he kills a person under questionable circumstances (and gets a paid vacation), but killing dogs was crossing the line.
But for a few minutes, he was in Cop Heaven.
Was he double dipping as a food shopper/delivery driver for illegal aliens?
Dogs were his pet peeve.
Why is it not surprising that a trigger-happy cop who gets kicked out of one PD gets hired by another?
I'm reminded of rose point blank when talking about John cusaks charecter shooting a dog
"hound hitter"
"pouch puncher"
Quick question: which deserves more sympathy (and legal protection), a canine puppy or a human fetus?
Trick question. Stupid bitches need the most protection!
Puppy.
In a follow-up, Officer Bracken has received job offers from 12 other police departments.
What breed were they?
Because if they were pit bulls, then this man is a hero.
Yes, I will repeat and continue to stand by it: kill all the pit bulls. Systematically exterminate the entire breed and any mix derived from them.
I love me some puppies - from collies to labradors to poodles to berners. But kill all the pit bulls. Put a spike through every single one of their heads. That breed should not exist in 2024 or at any point ever in the future.
Are you once bitten? Did one kill a relative of yours? Inquiring minds and so forth.
Doesn't need to be a personal connection to understand that breed should have been systematically exterminated long before today.
