In England, the Greater Manchester Police said it is investigating after an officer was caught on video tearing down posters of people kidnapped by Hamas during its October 7 attack on Israel. Officials said tearing down the posters goes against department guidance to officers. "We will continue to work with local authorities and the community to ensure posters can be displayed," said Assistant Chief Constable Wasim Chaudhry. "We regret any offense caused."
