The legislature of the Australian state of Western Australia is considering new legislation targeting outlaw motorcycle clubs. The law would bar gang members from displaying gang colors or symbols in public. This would also apply to tattoos with gang symbols. In the case of facial tattoos, members could be required to cover them with makeup or bandages.
