Brickbat: No Soup for You

Police in Sussex, England, arrested Nick Smith for handing out free soup at a local park. Police say the event violated a ban on gatherings of more than two people aimed at reducing the spread of coronavirus. They noted that the participants weren't practicing social distancing and some weren't wearing masks.
