Trump Fishes for Votes in Georgia as GOP Senators Fight Over Election Certification
Plus: Victory for sanitizer-making distilleries, Supreme Court to consider student's Snapchat rant, and more...

President Donald Trump is making fools of congressional Republicans who continue to back him. Days after a dozen senators said they would reject the 2020 presidential election results over allegedly sincere concerns about fraud, Trump is all but openly asking people to commit fraud to throw the election to him.
Insisting—against all evidence—that he actually beat President-elect Joe Biden in Georgia, Trump asked state officials to help him find the votes he would need to make it official. "All I want to do is this. I just want to find 11,780 votes, which is one more than we have. Because we won the state," Trump said on a Saturday phone call with Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger and others. "So what are we going to do here, folks? I only need 11,000 votes. Fellas, I need 11,000 votes. Give me a break."
On the call, Trump spins a number of disproved or unsubstantiated theories about voter fraud, including that "dead people voted," "thousands and thousands, who went to the voting place on Nov. 3, were told they couldn't vote," out-of-state voters voted in Georgia, ballots for Biden were scanned three times, and some ballots were shredded.
The trouble: They don't quite have the evidence yet to show it.
"What I'm hopeful for is there are some way that we can, we can find some kind of agreement to, to, to look at this a little bit more fully," White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows said on the call.
Trump also "issued a vague threat to both Raffensperger and Ryan Germany, the secretary of state's general counsel, suggesting that if they don't find that thousands of ballots in Fulton County have been illegally destroyed to block investigators — an allegation for which there is no evidence — they would be subject to criminal liability," notes The Washington Post.
But throughout the hour-long call, Raffensperger and Germany pushed back against Trump's claims of specific election fraud tactics and the general idea that the Georgia results are invalid. "We believe that we do have an accurate election," said Raffensperger, a Republican.
You can read a full transcript of the call here.
Outrageously but unsurprisingly, some prominent Republicans have been faulting not Trump for making this call, but whoever recorded and leaked it. "A man does not release a private conversation he has with anyone," tweeted television host Jesse Kelly. "You don't repeat things said to you privately. That's simple man code."
But by and large, people across the political spectrum are calling this for what it is: yet another instance of Trump thinking he's above the law and normal democratic procedures, yet more corruption and bad judgement, and the sort of thing that would provoke a much different result during normal times.
"This tape of the Trump phone call is amazing. Unless you're drunk on the Kool Aid, it's glaringly obvious they just want to cheat," writes longtime conservative pundit Jonah Goldberg, now editor in chief of The Dispatch. "That's it. Nothing clever. Nothing about patriotism or some higher calling. They're just trying to cheat."
"We do get numb to outrageous stuff, so it's important to take a minute and shake four years of normalized criminous un-American morally treasonous behavior out of your head and recognize this for the lawless lowlife thuggery that it is — historically bad behavior by bad people," tweeted constitutional lawyer Ken White, aka Popehat.
"In any other conceivable moment in US history, this tape would result in the leadership of both parties demanding the immediate resignation of the President of the United States," suggested veteran journalist Carl Bernstein.
Trump's little chat comes just as a gaggle of GOP lawmakers is going all in on the president's election fraud claims. Last week, a dozen senators—including Sens. Ted Cruz (R–Tx.) and Josh Hawley (R–Mo.)—said they would not vote to certify the 2020 election results when Congress is asked to do so on January 6.
https://twitter.com/walterolson/status/1345808993223143424
Even before the Post reported on Trump's call to Georgia election officials, Cruz and company's antics drew plenty of critics from their own side.
"The egregious ploy to reject electors may enhance the political ambition of some, but dangerously threatens our Democratic Republic," said Sen. Mitt Romney (R–Utah) in a statement. He continued:
The congressional power to reject electors is reserved for the most extreme and unusual circumstances. These are far from it. More Americans participated in this election than ever before, and they made their choice. President Trump's lawyers made their case before scores of courts; in every instance, they failed. The Justice Department found no evidence of irregularity sufficient to overturn the election. The Presidential Voter Fraud Commission disbanded without finding such evidence.
My fellow Senator Ted Cruz and the co-signers of his statement argue that rejection of electors or an election audit directed by Congress would restore trust in the election. Nonsense. This argument ignores the widely perceived reality that Congress is an overwhelmingly partisan body; the American people wisely place greater trust in the federal courts where judges serve for life. Members of Congress who would substitute their own partisan judgement for that of the courts do not enhance public trust, they imperil it.
Were Congress to actually reject state electors, partisans would inevitably demand the same any time their candidate had lost. Congress, not voters in the respective states, would choose our presidents.
Adding to this ill-conceived endeavor by some in Congress is the President's call for his supporters to come to the Capitol on the day when this matter is to be debated and decided. This has the predictable potential to lead to disruption, and worse.
I could never have imagined seeing these things in the greatest democracy in the world. Has ambition so eclipsed principle?
Arkansas Republican Sen. Tom Cotton said voting not to certify the election results showing Biden as our next president "would essentially end presidential elections and place that power in the hands of whichever party controls Congress."
Texas Republican Rep. Chip Roy challenged the legitimacy of congressional election results from states in contested statements, to make a point about the lack of logic or consistency in the clown show that is the stance of Cruz and Hawley.
Today, I objected to the seating of my colleagues from six states: AZ, GA, MI, NV, PA, and WI.
It would confound reason if the presidential results of these states were to face objection while the congressional results of the same process escaped public scrutiny. pic.twitter.com/VzmafDSsT7
— Rep. Chip Roy Press Office (@RepChipRoy) January 3, 2021
Roy was one of seven GOP representatives—including Mike Gallagher of Wisconsin, Kelly Armstrong of North Dakota, Ken Buck of Colorado, Thomas Massie of Kentucky, Tom McClintock of California, and Nancy Mace of South Carolina—who put out a statement paying lip service to the idea that "the elections held in at least six battleground states raise profound questions" but ultimately condemning efforts not to certify the results.
"Only the states have authority to appoint electors, in accordance with state law," they write. "Congress has only a narrow role in the presidential election process. Its job is to count the electors submitted by the states, not to determine which electors the states should have sent."
"We must respect the states' authority here," they concluded. "Though doing so may frustrate our immediate political objectives, we have sworn an oath to promote the Constitution above our policy goals. We must count the electoral votes submitted by the states."

Supreme Court to consider student's Snapchat rant. A high school cheerleader's "fuck"-laden rant on Snapchat got her booted from the team. Now, the girl—known in court proceedings as B.L.—is deep in case about student First Amendment rights. "They won at both the district and circuit court levels," notes Law & Crime. But "Mahanoy Area School District asks the Supreme Court to reverse the Third Circuit's decision or risk stripping thousands of school districts of a significant power to keep their student bodies safe. They contend that it's a matter of schools being able to protect students from "off-campus threats or harassment."
"When the justices reconvene after their holiday break, they will consider the case in their first conference of the new year," writes Elura Nanos at Law & Crime:
The current reality is not likely to be lost on the justices. Millions of American students are "attending" school from their homes, using hundreds of new technological platforms and interacting with friends, peers, and teachers only electronically. The COVID-19 pandemic has (perhaps permanently) blurred the lines between home and work, as well as home and school. The Court itself has been handling its work remotely, and if it grants certiorari in the case, those arguments are likely to be held telephonically. B.L.'s Saturday afternoon out with friends now seems like a bygone tale of yesteryear, but its effects may have lasting meaning for students in years to come.

President Donald Trump is making a fool of congressional Republicans who continue to back him.
The news cycle being what everyone has made it over the past four years, this will pass.
Hello.
Imperial College? The same place Neil Ferguson hails from?
"...Insisting—against all evidence—that he actually beat President-elect Joe Biden in Georgia..."
It's not like they properly investigated it.
'No evidence' is the new ''peaceful protest'.
Is "mostly" peaceful protest like "mostly" no evidence?
mostly fair election?
ENB again complains about Trump and puts Reason.com on par with CNN by removing relevant events by omission. She complains Trump is asking for them to find more votes. Yet does not address the issues at hand in Georgia:
He said more than 20,000 people who had moved out of state cast illegal Georgia ballots in November: He found at least 4,926 people who cast absentee or early ballots in Georgia but were registered to vote in another state; he found another 15,700 voters who had filed change-of-address forms to move to another state before Election Day.
And he listed the voters in question in hundreds of pages of spreadsheets printed and accompanying his sworn statement.
The other analyst – Bryan Geels, a certified public accountant who owns a data analytics firm – made other startling claims. Analyzing similar data, Geels found more than 305,701 people who he said requested absentee ballots more than 180 days before the November election – in violation of state law.
Geels also found 66,247 voters who appeared to have registered to vote before their 17th birthday – again in violation of state law. And he found 10,315 dead voters and numerous other problems, like scores of people who appeared to have voted before their absentee ballots were issued.

They have tens of thousands of potential illegal votes, yet they are going to do nothing to pause the election process to allow an investigation of these issues. Especially when Biden's lead is ~12k votes.
The precedence put forth now is cheating. If you are not allowed to vote before a certain age, or not allowed to cast a ballot while not living there, etc, then why can you not cast a ballot twice? So next time around, it is time for republicans to cheat this shit the fuck out. Mass cheating. That is the only way, the leftists and libertarileftists are going to make an attempt to secure the election.
But this requires reading past the Vox/CNN tweet on the matter. Ignore the discussion on the phone call, by all accounts, was about fraud including missing and fraudulent votes. Instead focus solely on the 3 minute cut clip that puts the most negative view on the statement as possible.

"The only instances of vote fraud have been Republicans."
They will get caught and when they do, the media will care.
First, I'm pretty sure tRump never said any of these things. He said "he heard that" or other such weasel words.
You are of course talking about Braynard
--- Braynard backpedaled and thanked Nguyen for pointing out the apparent errors. -"In my affidavit, I don't believe I specifically accused anybody of committing a crime," he said. "I said these were indications. Over and over again, 'potential illegal ballots' has been my language."
The word "potential" does not appear in Braynard's affidavit. "In total, it is my opinion that there were 20,312 individuals who cast ballots illegally in the November 3, 2020, election due to their loss of residency status in the state prior to the election," he said in the sworn statement. ---
" in part because different people with identical names and birth dates are not uncommon in large databases. Georgia's registration database includes about 7.7 million people."
"The matching problem is made more difficult by the fact that publicly available voter registration data includes only voters' birth year — not their actual birth date. That increases the likelihood of false matches, the experts said."
"Mr. Braynard did not investigate if any of these individuals could legally vote," said Michael McDonald, a political scientist at the University of Florida who has done extensive election research.
"What's more, Braynard's analysis doesn't account for the fact that it's perfectly legal for many people to move out of state temporarily but still vote in Georgia. College students, military personnel, "snowbirds" with vacation homes, people on temporary work assignments or seeking medical care — all of them can retain their Georgia residency. And federal law allows people to cast absentee ballots in presidential elections if they move to a new state before they are able to establish residency."
lol. No response from the cult.
No very serious response to the sockpuppet who starts his posts with "tRump"? I'm surprised.
Anyone who doesn't recognize the lightbringing grace of Lord Barack H. Obama, and Biden his prophet, is definitely a cultist.
I feel a thrill running up my leg just thinking about it.
Just want to point out that the prophet comes before the arrival of the lord.
Was that Mr. Clinton then, senpai? Or perhaps Mr. Kerry?
Maybe, gasp, you are the prophet?
I guess Bill Clinton was, like, the Jeremiah of the Democratic Nevi'im.
Nah, I'm like guy in crowd at the Sermon on the Mount, or something like that.
Now, the interesting question to ask is which Biblical characters are Tulpa and SQRLSY.
Jeremiah and Gomorrah.
Yes, you can produce bullshit faster than it can be debunked. That's the whole basis for Trumpism.
DOL senpai and I can hardly wait to start burning
heretics"Trump cultists".Still no response, lol.
He factually stomped all over another fraud claim, and you guys attack me for pointing out, while still not being able to produce one single verifiable claim.
h-i-l-a-r-i-o-u-s
You mean down below where they gave you an example and you ignored it and cited a different event as almost a non sequitur and then took a victory lap?
Yeah, you sure showed them.
The trouble is that you can't find out who these people voted for in either state, so the only remedy is to void any race they voted in where the difference was less than the number of disputed votes. If that's the presidential election, then you have to void that state's electoral votes.
Of course Trump wasn't asking for votes that weren't cast for his electors, he was just asking for a fair shake, and saying that if more disputed votes are found than the number he asked for, the excess doesn't matter.
No widespread corruption.
"It’s not like they properly investigated it"
They had a recount of the ballots with suspicious provenance and it turned out the same. Why investigate further?
They didn't do a proper audit from what I gather. They merely recounted it and that guy Pulitzer's testimony only added to the skepticism.
Cobb County did a full signature audit recount.
That doesn’t count because it didn’t get the results Trump wanted.
Fulton County alone adjudicated over 100k ballots
But they audited Cobb County so there’s no problem.
The reasoning was given in Trump's phone call, in one of the rare moments when someone other than Trump got a chance to speak.
The county that has the city of Atlanta and over one million in population had the most adjudicated ballots in the state. So what?
Trump himself created the situation by making it a partisan statement to vote or not vote by mail. The highly liberal population of Atlanta did a lot of voting by mail, therefore lots of adjudication.
And what weight am I supposed to give an argument that is "They didn’t do a proper audit from what I gather"
No more than any other poster's comment that you do not further research and verify if you are truly interested in its veracity instead of just trying to knock it down, you disingenuous lazy fuck.
They didn't even do the right county
Reason why they did the county they did was addressed in the call, in one of the few parts where someone besides Trump got a chance to talk.
Oh well that makes it all right then. No need to pay attention to the rest.
After a couple of months of commenters here posting the latest alt-right talking point about how the election was stolen from Trump, and refuting each and every such claim, one gets to the point where one doesn’t want to waste one’s time looking into it anymore.
And yet here you are squawking away about it. You realize you don’t have to discuss issues you don’t find worthy of discussing, right Dee?
He says, as he adds another reply to one of my comments that adds NOTHING of value to the conversation.
Ditto cunt.
You never wasted any time doing anything besides posting regurgitated talking points from Democratic Underground, beginning on election night.
Senpai only gets zir information from the the finest sources, so of course they'd be Democrats.
Why do people fear an audit if all the IRS is going to do is check that the numbers you put on your form add correctly.
Multiple recounts.
None consisting of the non adjudicated ballots.
And those recounts also found votes. Weird. You always leave out key details.
“Non-adjudicated ballots” meaning normal ballots that didn’t have any issues?
Very true the Wisconsin recount found an additional 87 votes for Biden.
"They had a recount of the ballots with suspicious provenance and it turned out the same."
That isn't correct at-all.... Thousands of "UN-counted" ballots were found in multiple counties (ironically just about ALL of them giving Trump more of a lead) and the recount was PRE-Instructed to give the "same results" as before.
If anything the 'recount' just lead to more uncovering of fraud.
“the recount was PRE-Instructed to give the ‘same results’ as before.”
Please explain that claim further.
Yep and they accounted for them in the audit. Then they recounted again by hand and the results were the same. Biden wins.
There really is no evidence that Trump is the actual winner of Georgia, so it’s an accurate statement.
Despite sounding like a Democratic party lawyer here, when senpai assures us that they are libertarian and impartial you should believe zir.
Only 16 days left until Reason’s fake libertarians come to the end of their last wild TDS bender, hit rock bottom, and to check themselves into Trumpaholics Anonymous.
Well, yeah, Trump will be out of office one way or another on January 20th.
Need me to link to the Reason stories on Trump Russia? There was less evidence there as any fraud claims on the election. Yet you parroted that for 4 years. Why?
First of all, not sure why that is relevant.
Second, you must be thinking of someone else. I didn’t spend any time here for the first two years of Trump’s term because I was extremely busy with my job. And in the two years I have been spending more time here, I never participate in discussions about Trump and Russia.
"First of all, not sure why that is relevant."
Not sure? How about because it demonstrates how wrong you were for an extended amount of time despite overwhelming evidence disputing your feelings. So, why would any emotionally unimpaired person put any stock in anything you say. Get it now? Read it again, if not.
He means on your chemjeff account. The one you started after you stopped using your cytotoxic account when you embarrassed yourself so thoroughly predicting a Hillary Clinton win for a year and a half.
You are literally participating in a discussion on Trump/Russia TODAY in multiple threads on this very site
I am? I thought I went to the grocery store and a medical appointment this morning, but apparently that was all a hallucination.
Don't worry senpai, I've got you're back.
HEY EVERYONE, NOT ALL OF THE SOCKPUPPETS HERE ARE SENPAI'S.

...Trump is all but openly asking people to commit fraud to throw the election to him.
In keeping with his administration's unprecedented transparency, he refuses to do this in smoke-filled back rooms as tradition demands.
No wonder he is disliked.
So unpresidential.
Mean tweets!
Well, yes. In fact it was.
Why does presidential for you entail acting as your daddy? Do you have issues? No where in the Article 2 is there discussion as to a role model. His job is to execute federal governance.
Dee is a fan of Top Men running everyone’s lives.
Acting presidential is far more important than what you accomplish.
The president is our sovereign and must inspire awe and respect in his subjects.
Cigar makers hardest hit.

Yup. My family volunteered in multiple counties to object to Georgia registered voters who moved out-of-state, per Georgia law.
Out of thousands of these people who moved OUT OF GEORGIA, hundreds had bogus addresses. The city was wrong or no zip code.
These "people" registered under bogus addresses to vote under that name in person and address and then vote under their real name and address.
The bad news is that same exact thing is going to happen tomorrow that happened on election day: the dems are going to manufacture as many fraudulent mail ballots as they need to in order to steal both senate races.
They know now that no court in America has the will to stop them from doing it, and the republicans are too fucking lazy and/or stupid to do the same thing in their own districts.
"the dems are going to manufacture as many fraudulent mail ballots as they need to in order to steal both senate races."
Maybe you dumb cocksuckers can figure how they do it this time. You've had several months to figure it out.
Fuck off you faggot staff sockpuppet.
There is no proof that the Democrats did that. It is just something you believe based on your emotions about the election results.
There's a colossal stack of evidence. It is something you choose to ignore based on your emotions about the election results.
Senpai's feelings outweigh your evidence, asshole.
How dare you.
Are you you hearing yourself? The best defense you can muster of Trump’s phone call is, “At least he’s being OPENLY corrupt!”
No, the best defense is to realize that there was over 30 more minutes of the call and to understand they were discussing missing and fraudulent votes. Only you, Vox, and other leftists are interpreting the request as to manufacture votes. And you remain completely silent on the 2 democrats actually doing that in House races.
Discussing? “Discusssing” implies a two-way conversation.
Washington Post released the full call, over an hour long. It is as terrible and traitorous as it seems. But nothing your cult daddy does is too traitorous for you.
By "other leftists" you mean the editorial board of the Wall Street Journal, and every other major news org I've checked today?
CULT!
Just like the Ukraine call?
Yes, actually. Just like that, only worse.
And just like that, the cult will deny the things they can plainly see and hear to avoid a moment of self reflection.
One striking similarity between the Ukraine call and the Georgia call is that Trump's inarticulate word salad stops short of spelling out exactly the corrupt deal he is pushing (that is, if you are a Trump apologist and strain to interpret his words in the most benign way possible).
Apparently talking like John Gotti is good enough of a fig leaf for today's GOP.
And they get mad when everyone else thinks they are dumb.
Oh wait, we're still pretending that the 'Ukraine call' was evidence of malfeasance? My bad, I may have screwed it up earlier.
Maybe get your White Knight sockpuppet to agree with you senpai. Have a back and forth, because I might get called on it.
I wonder why trump refused all subpoenas and refused to testify, even after he promised many times that he would.
I wonder why all the other people who insisted Trump was innocent were suddenly quiet when asked to repeat that under oath.
I wonder why all the people who said Trump did what was alleged were willing to go under oath.
Curious to contrast the two different sets of actions for two different narratives: one was willing to back theirs up with their freedom, the other was not willing to back theirs up at all.
Because it was obviously a Ham Sandwich indictment scenario where they were setting him up to break a law no matter what he said if he agreed to go under oath.
And if he refused to let them set him up, they could claim he had something to hide... like what you're doing now
Everyone knows what they were trying to do, including you, you deceitful fuck.
Remember the time when cytotoxic (The White Knight in his current iteration) claimed that you were lying about the Richard Hopkins phone call and said he would live-blog himself listening to the entire thing, then showed up to the dead thread 5 hours claiming he listened to it with no further details and refuting absolutely nothing you said about it?
I did live blog it:
https://reason.com/2020/11/11/new-blows-to-trump-campaign-election-fraud-theories/#comment-8579460
By the way, my prediction that we would never hear another word from Richard Hopkins turned out to be right on.
You're not the first to yell at me to get off the stage, buddy.
No, just, “Be more funny!”
Serious FoE sucks.
Serious FoE comes in the form of paragraphs. That was Wry FoE.
Compared to you, FoE is Mark Twain and you're a 3 year old deaf, mute who is also developmentally slow.
The fact you try to insult FoE is proof.
Here’s an idea: admit Trump is corrupt and stop defending his egregious behavior. Why cling to holding up this moronic, childish grifter as if he is a good person. It’s not a cross you have to bear.
Why does it matter that someone has the same moralistic view of Trump as you do? Seems like a you problem.
Some of us prefer the actual policies instead of the person. But you are void of any actual libertarian convictions, so it makes sense you care about the facade more than the structure.
I care about Trump’s policy of driving the growth of partisan division in this country. I care about his policy or undermining faith in democracy.
I don’t give two farts about the man himself. I care about his enablers.
I care about Trump’s policy
I care about his policy
I don’t give two farts about the man himself.
I would like to understand why undermining faith in democracy is necessarily a bad thing.
Another Trump supporter inadvertently declares himself an enemy of the constitution.
The Constitution is not really a paean to democracy. Hell, the best part of it is the list of things that you idiots aren't allowed to vote on.
And considering that I've had 4 opportunities to vote for Trump and voted against him each time, I don't really qualify as a supporter.
So who do you vote for, mr. oh so wise to the failings of democracy.
And go ahead and please detail the alternative to democratic elections.
I generally have a Churchillian view of democracy, but it's the faith thereof that I have a problem with. Democratic elections are about legitimacy, not wisdom, and the results should be viewed by voters with the same skepticism that should accompany Salic inheritance, ladies in the lake, Politburo wrangling, or trial by combat.
Frankly, if the end result of Trump's slimy desperation is that more people consider the actions of the Biden and future administrations illegitimate then that's all the better for me. FedGov has had far too much consent of the governed for my taste.
You realize the alternative to democratic elections is tyranny, right? There really isn't much middle ground.
DOL et al, democracy is mob rule which is why the US is designed as a constitutional republic. As the founders were well aware that democracy is evil.
When do the executions of the FBI agents who knowingly fabricated a FISA warrant based on a fake oppo dossier that you used as the basis to declare Trump an illegitimate president for 4 years begin?
The investigation that produced 30 some indictments, and dozens of convictions or confessions, and recovered more money than it cost? That investigation?
Or the one done later by the senate, in which collusion is confirmed by a bipartisan panel of senators in the pure fact finding mission?
Thirty indictments based on a fabrication.
Tell us all about the Steele Report and Obama and Brennan's fishing trip.
Say, White Knight, Chuck Colson of Watergate fame was sentenced to prison for possessing a single FBI file on a political rival.
What's the penalty for a President employing the Director of the FBI, the Deputy Director of the FBI, the Chief of the Counterespionage Section of the FBI, the Director of the CIA, the Director of National Intelligence, and members of the Justice Department and the State Department to gather dirt on members of the opposition political party in an effort to ensure his former Secretary of State wins the Presidency?
I don't know, because that's not what happened, and we all know it.
Obama’s FBI used a bogus file of fiction bought by Hillary’s campaign to mislead a judge so it could spy on the nominee for the other party and then pressure a probe after GOP victory, but this isn’t a scandal about the corruption of Democrats or DOJ because shut up bot.
This won’t be a shocking scandal impacting democracy and undermining the rule of law for White Knight until the moment a Republican copies it.
If you cared about division you would be demanding the most epically thorough audit and transparency ever to dispel fraud concerns but alas, you do not. That exposes you as the disingenuous POS you are.
That has already happened.
Have you ever seen "Behind the Curve"? You should. You guys are doing the exact same thing as these guys.
"No, we won't hear any of your cases" is neither transparency nor an investigation.
Have you ever seen Loose Change? You should. You sounded less lucid than those fucking retards when you spent 4 years peddling Russia collusion conspiracy theories. Particularly when you kept insisting, as late as last week, that the Mueller investigation implicated Trump in Russian collusion when it in fact said exactly the opposite. Do me a favor and go on for a paragraph or two insisting that Mueller proved Russian collusion yet again. It'll give us all a great opportunity to laugh at you and expose you for the idiotic drooling cunt hypocrite you are.
First of all, if the case does not make it past the initial phase (pleadings) it is not because the court doesn't want to hear it, it is because the plaintiff has failed one of several extremely easy to pass requirements at that point: standing, specific complaint, reasonable remedy, etc.
A lawsuit not passing those bars is not indication of misjustice or an unwilling court, it is evidence of a bad lawsuit. Either bad attorneys or a bad case. Unless you are arguing that all 60 courts, and perhaps 100 judges were all in on the conspiracy. In which case, good luck getting sane one day.
And furthermore, you are flat out, factually wrong. A case made it all the way to trial before being dismissed. That is, a judge heard the case, allowed for discovery of evidence, and then ruled. A full on court challenge, no excuses. Let's see what the good judge had to say:
"This is an extraordinary case. A sitting president who did not prevail in his bid for reelection has asked for federal help in setting aside the popular vote based on disputed issues of election administration, issues he plainly could have raised before the vote occurred. This Court has allowed plaintiff the chance to make his case and he has lost on the merits."
"Moreover, even if 'Manner' were stretched to include plaintiff's implementation objections, plaintiff has not shown a significant departure from the Wisconsin Legislature's chosen election scheme."
https://www.newsweek.com/dismissed-prejudice-district-judge-nixes-trumps-federal-lawsuit-wisconsin-1554347
Woops. Not so good for that little myth of yours. I trust you will adjust your opinion now that you have been corrected of the facts, yes?
...it is because the plaintiff has failed one of several extremely easy to pass requirements at that point: standing, specific complaint, reasonable remedy, etc.
Do you realize all attempts to fight Jim Crow laws at the state level failed for the same reasons?
Can anyone take a joke anymore?
No. Like many other enjoyable aspects of life, progressives are slowly killing comedy as well.
Insisting—against all evidence...
Methinks that qualifier is soon to disappear from our reporting lexicon.
You mean like when 'credible accusation' disappeared after the Democrats were done with it?
OK, I'll bite, which ones are credible?
How about the CCTV video of people pulling boxes full of ballots out from under a table after dismissing poll watchers for the night?
(Here's the part where he says that was a debunked conspiracy theory because shut up bot)
Compared to former "credible" ones...all of them.
Youthinks that Trump is the only Republican? This is the new way.
"In any other conceivable moment in US history, this tape would result in the leadership of both parties demanding the immediate resignation of the President of the United States," suggested veteran journalist Carl Bernstein.

Nah. There always a program that needs more money.
The US Government might be the only body of people capable of losing money by selling violence on pay-per-view.
Lol.
Who?
The egregious ploy to reject electors may enhance the political ambition of some, but dangerously threatens our Democratic Republic...
No one mentioned this to Hollywood's president, Martin Sheen, four years ago.
I guess when democrats made up the Russian collusion hoax and then illegally tried to remove the president without evidence that was just democracy at work.
Also fuck you koch suckers.
Both the Mueller Report and the Senate Report confirmed the bulk of the 2016 Russian “hoax” to be true. The only part not confirmed is that extent that the Trump campaign actively sought out Russian assistance. And the impeachment was done in accordance with the law.
No it didn't you delusional flake.
Tell me more about peeing Russian hookers, Hilldog's email and how $105k in cheesy internet ads stole an election.
Well, I too thought the peeing Russian Hookers was fake, then I heard about tRumps particular like of golden shower porn. Now we have two independent sources that say he is into such things.
As for stealing the election.

Wow, you're even more of a bubble head than I thought.
In other words, they couldn’t prove that Trump is guilty of violating any law, despite democrats and the media all but guaranteeing that Mueller would, seeing as it was Mueller Time and all.
LOL. Idiots believe this?
Hey WK, why aren't you calling out delusion such as this?!? Oh, you probably agree with him.
Like I said somewhere above, I don’t participate in conversations about the Russia probe.
I was very busy with my work at the time it happened, so I didn’t have time to follow the news or visit the commentariat. I don’t feel qualified to discuss the whole Russia thing, and I don’t.
Boohoo, snowflake sad.
I'm glad you're sad Jeff, but you're too fat to be a snowflake. Maybe a snowball.
Every time courts have considered the Trump campaign's evidence of meaningful voter fraud, it has been deemed inadequate, with some of the harshest rebukes coming from Trump's own appointees.
And yeah, the impeachment was democracy at work, and there was nothing illegal about it, and it doesn't matter how many nonsense-people claim otherwise without evidence. The Durham investigation may vindicate your fever dreams of a broad FBI conspiracy against Trump, but we aren't remotely there yet, and even that wouldn't make the *impeachment* itself illegal.
Eyewitness testimony is evidence, by the way. Just because Senate Republicans didn't want to consider it in their rush to acquittal doesn't mean it never existed.
This literally has not happened in even one case because they have been rejected on procedural grounds without discovery or any findings of fact.
Except when it's 3500 affidavits of voter fraud, right, shreek?
rejected on procedural grounds
- aka presented to the judge and he said "you are full of shit, gtfo"
also, you are full of shit, gtfo
That's what you think procedural grounds are? LOL.
...no I dont...whooooooosh
not a surprise you low watt bulbs cant keep up.
not a surprise you got caught by the grift
just hush up and take your L, your flailing is getting tough to watch Jesse
So you said that for... what reason again? To make yourself look stupid? This is truly some nth dimensional chess shreek, gotta hand it to you.
Someone doesn’t know what aka means.
Literally not one case? It seems Republican poll observers gave several hours of testimony in the Maricopa County Superior Court case, so I think you might be figuratively full of shit.
Dismissed on procedural grounds. No finding of fact. I think you might literally (not figuratively) be fucking retarded. "Fucking retarded" being defined as having an intellectual impairment defined by an IQ more than 2 standard deviations below the average.
I've corrected you several times on this matter.
Lying and making up shit isn't really correction, per se.

WHO Information Notice for IVD Users
Nucleic acid testing (NAT) technologies that use real-time polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) for detection of SARS-CoV-2
14 December 2020
https://www.who.int/news/item/14-12-2020-who-information-notice-for-ivd-users
As with any diagnostic procedure, the positive and negative predictive values for the product in a given testing population are important to note. As the positivity rate for SARS-CoV-2 decreases, the positive predictive value also decreases. This means that the probability that a person who has a positive result (SARS-CoV-2 detected) is truly infected with SARS-CoV-2 decreases as positivity rate decreases, irrespective of the assay specificity. Therefore, healthcare providers are encouraged to take into consideration testing results along with clinical signs and symptoms, confirmed status of any contacts, etc.
Users of RT-PCR reagents should read the IFU carefully to determine if manual adjustment of the PCR positivity threshold is necessary to account for any background noise which may lead to a specimen with a high cycle threshold (Ct) value result being interpreted as a positive result. The design principle of RT-PCR means that for patients with high levels of circulating virus (viral load), relatively few cycles will be needed to detect virus and so the Ct value will be low. Conversely, when specimens return a high Ct value, it means that many cycles were required to detect virus. In some circumstances, the distinction between background noise and actual presence of the target virus is difficult to ascertain. Thus, the IFU will state how to interpret specimens at or near the limit for PCR positivity. In some cases, the IFU will state that the cut-off should be manually adjusted to ensure that specimens with high Ct values are not incorrectly assigned SARS-CoV-2 detected due to background noise.
Manufacturers regularly review the design of their product, including labelling and IFU based on customer feedback. In the early phases of the COVID-19 pandemic, in vitro diagnostics (IVDs) were rapidly developed, validated and verified, and then rolled out. Therefore, it is not unexpected that IVDs may require refinement based on user feedback after their introduction at scale. Users should verify the version of the IFU with each consignment they receive to see if any changes have been made to the IFU.
Yet they don't treat the 'ro that way:
California hospitals face a ‘war zone’ of flu patients — and are setting up tents to treat them
Large numbers of people are showing up at hospitals in California amid an outbreak of influenza A, also known as H3N2, which is more dangerous than other recent strains of the flu. (Jan. 16, 2018)
By SOUMYA KARLAMANGLASTAFF WRITER
JAN. 16, 2018
https://www.latimes.com/local/lanow/la-me-ln-flu-demand-20180116-htmlstory.html
H3N2 is known for being more virulent than other strains of the flu. Since October, 42 people in California younger than 65 have died of the flu, compared with nine at the same time last year, according to state officials. State officials collect flu death data only among people under 65; the actual death toll from the flu is much higher.
https://pjmedia.com/columns/stacey-lennox/2020/10/05/why-is-fauci-wringing-his-hands-over-covid-cases-detected-by-prc-tests-n1004333
So, an oversensitive test is detecting the “cases” Dr. Fauci is having the vapors over. Taiwan, which has been praised for its response to the virus, uses a cycle threshold of under 32 to diagnose patients likely to become ill and infectious. Without a doubt, this allows them to do more effective contact tracing and mitigation. They are targeting the contacts of those highly likely to be contagious. An Oxford study found cycle thresholds higher than 30 were detecting non-infectious cases.
A large-scale study in India may provide even more insight. While it is not apparent what test was used, the PCR is the most common. The study traced the contacts of 84,965 individuals, testing 575,071 contacts. It found that 8% of the infected population accounted for 60% of new cases. Data on the cycle threshold in those who transmitted the virus would help set rational limits to detect infectious cases.
The Los Angeles Times refers to the 8% who infected many others as “super-spreaders” because that is a scary term. It is likely more rational to assume those individuals had a viral load that was higher and capable of producing a viral dose large enough to infect other people. Viral dose at exposure is hypothesized to determine the risk for illness and severity with COVID-19.
Answers COVID-19 We Should All Be Demanding NOW
The FDA, which approves COVID-19 tests, and the CDC, which provides clinical guidance, need to address test sensitivity immediately. The FDA needs to set appropriate cycle thresholds for U.S. testing labs, and the labs should note the number of cycles taken to detect the virus on all test results. The CDC needs to provide clinical guidance for providers that sets a reasonable cycle threshold for a positive test that required contact tracing.
If Taiwan has successfully used 32 as the threshold likely to transmit, and domestic health experts agree that 30-35 is more than adequate, why are our labs doing 40 routinely? It certainly inflates the number of positive tests exponentially, giving tin-pot dictators in statehouses across the nation the basis to lock you down.
You could make a significant bet that, following the inauguration of a President Biden, the agencies will address this issue. Magically, with no real intervention, the number of “cases” will fall simply because our agencies will issue rational guidance. The information they need to do this is available today. A reduction to just 35, well within the research findings, would make contact tracing and mitigation far more effective.

Just like Jeffrey Epstein.
Epstein knew the truth. A quick suicide or the long agony of the 'rona.
Trump's failure to pardon Assange and Snowden, and allowing the decision to prosecute Julian Assange under espionage laws, were the worst things he did in his tenure.

Not quite as pozzed as the Episcopalians or United Church of Christ, or even the Unitarians, who are basically a radical-left social club with pretenses towards spirituality, but they're pretty damn close.
As an inquisitive atheist, I went to several Unitarian meetings (after I moved to Pittsburgh four decades ago) to find out more about their beliefs, principles, etc. (just as I've done for many other religious sects).
Unfortunately, virtually all the Unitarians I met were far left wing socialists who had simply replaced their belief in a god with a belief in socialism.
Socialism is the new religion in America (and many other nations).
“inquisitive atheist”
You outed your sock.

I wonder what the rednecks on here would be saying if Biden or Obama asked a sec of state to find votes?
(Not an endorsement of either. Many of the hillbillies on here think criticism of Trump equals support for Biden.)
"I wonder what the rednecks on here would be saying if Biden or Obama asked a sec of state to find votes?"
The reason Biden hid in his basement for six months (instead of campaigning like all other presidential candidates in the history of America have done to win) is because Democrat Governors, Secretaries of State, County Executives & Mayors, Courts and their left wing allies at NYT, WaPo, NBC, CBS, ABC, Daily Beast, Huffington Post, AP, Vox, USA Today, etc. told Biden they would find the votes for his victory (as they did).
I can see you're another Biden ass-eater.

Hmm, the fact that 22 votes could be included (perhaps) to overcome a 6 vote loss.
Sounds fine to me. Where, pray tell, is Trump looking to get 11k and does he have ANY proof of fraud, etc.?
The answer is no. Give it up Jesse. It's pathetic.
JUST TAKE THE LOSS.
No but really, it's actually totally different when we do it!
Oh and hey, remember when Democratic congresspersons objected to the electoral college count of every single Republican president elected in this century? Yeah, neither does the media.
President Donald Trump is making a fool of congressional Republicans who continue to back him. Days after a dozen senators said they would reject the 2020 presidential election results over allegedly sincere concerns about fraud, Trump is all but openly asking people to commit fraud to throw the election to him.
For ENB fraud means rejecting the will of the media.
In the past, Democrats have objected to Electoral College results on the flimsiest possible grounds. In 2001, 2005 and 2017, Democratic Representatives and, in 2005, Senators voted against accepting the Electoral College tally. Thus, every Republican president since George H. W. Bush has seen Democrats vote against accepting the legitimacy of his election.
But if the Republicans do it then it's "fraud".
The Reasonistas are no longer even pretending.
The accusations of fraud are related to Trump telling Georgia's Secretary of State to "find" enough votes for him to win, which has nothing to do with what you're yammering about.
OK, not "fraud". Just "treason".
" after a dozen senators said they would reject the 2020 presidential election results"
There's two different things being discussed here, Sarc.
Try to keep up.
To be fair to sarc, it's pretty difficult to keep track of two separate articles when you're drunk off your ass at 8 AM. Some days he can barely figure out which of his daughter's orifices to stick his shriveled dick in.
What the fuck is wrong with finding votes? There were observations made of Trump ballots being destroyed or erased on election day.
He has every right to "find" the votes that you sick fucks tried to disenfranchise.
" There were observations made of Trump ballots being destroyed or erased on election day."
Its only fraud when the left says it is
"What the fuck is wrong with finding votes?"
Well when you find votes that aren't there it's kinda like cheating. Or is that excusable because you say the other guys cheated first?
"you sick fucks tried to disenfranchise"
Uh, yeah. Sure. I flew down to Georgia and got a job counting ballots so I could throw away all the Trump ones, or something. Jeez you guys are morons.
And yet you've been squealing like a stuck pig for 2 months when people have pointed out that precisely that happened with fabricated Biden votes in half a dozen states.
I wonder if the special in "special pleading" is the same as the special in "special education".
LMAO!
I've been squealing? Haaaa ha ha ha ha haaa!
All I've done is ask for proof. Like actual proof that would stand up on court. So far all I've gotten is buckets of tears.
"Everywhere I look I see exactly what I'm looking for!"
Confirmed: the special in “special pleading” is the same as the special in “special education”.
"find votes that aren’t there"
Nobody said that except you. You are a liar (but that comes naturally for liberals).
Don't be obtuse. You know I didn't literally mean you, sarcasmic. You and your liberal friends have infested many urban areas around the country and there are plenty of dishonest scumbags in any city that can be rounded up for cheating.
I'm a liberal? If you mean classical liberal, yes. If you mean leftist, well the only people who think that are simple-minded conservatives who feel that anyone critical of Dear Leader is a leftist. And the only dishonest scumbags I see are you and the others who will happily commit fraud to win the election.
Or anyone who has watched you vociferously support left wing violence and Marxist government policies for the last 9 years.
The irony is that Ga did find thousands of votes on a missing voting machine card.
https://www.post-gazette.com/news/vote2020/2020/11/18/Recount-finds-thousands-of-Georgia-votes-missing-from-initial-counts/stories/202011180178
The discussion, as told by multiple people on the call, was regarding both missing votes as had previously been found and on fraudulent votes. So the "find the votes" included both. Discounting fraudulent votes (ie an audit) and continuing to find votes as they had done previously.
Sarcasmic reads Vox/CNN and changes this to 'manufacture fraudulent votes' like the globalist he is. Can't have anything bad happen to his bae Biden.
In fairness, i don't think he reads those news sources. I think he is a libertine and doesn't read any news at all.
So, even after being told about the rest of the conversation, you hold true as to the narrative CNN told you about in a 3 minute slice of the discussion? Yes, you are a complete joke.
That's quite the imagination you've got there buddy. One of these day's you'll accidentally say something true about me. Maybe.
You're a drunken piece of shit who lies constantly. There, that's two, and that's what you've admitted to publicly.
The D challenges were all after the candidate had conceded, did not have the support of party leadership, and were recognized as being nothing more then a protest move. They were wrong then, but is very different from what is going on now with a dozen senators and a hundred reps, and the VP supports them.
Same same. But different. But STILL same
ENB can go fuck herself. She is a shill for socialism. Feckless POS.
I have never seen a libertarian actually against election audits until this year. They have consistently been for election integrity. What has actually changed aside from who is making the accusations? I dont remember 30 articles about the lefts complaints in 2016 (see link):
https://twitchy.com/brettt-3136/2021/01/02/adviser-to-sen-ted-cruz-reminds-us-when-hillary-clinton-and-others-had-lots-of-questions-about-the-2016-elections-legitimacy/
They were just as loud, but reason hardly paid attention. The democrats even objected to certification 3 times this century. Hardly a mention in these papers.
So what changed? A) who is doing the protesting, is trump?
Or b) the media narrative is now to be outraged so reason, chipper, sarcasmic, et al follow suit like good little useful soldiers.
This is outrage through ignorance by those mentioned. The media is outraged so they are.
Which makes you wonder.. when the media starts soft pedaling Biden like they have done for a year... these fake libertarians will hold their voice and only occasionally object when a right is violated? Thats what has been done in the face of the pandemic. So yes, this will be the continued pattern.
Reason has lost all objectivity.
Except I never said I opposed election audits.
One of these days you'll slip and argue against something I actually said.
Until then, have fun setting strawmen on fire.
You literally weren't mentioned anywhere in this post you drunken pedophile narcissist.
You're also lying, but it's not even relevant.
"Or b) the media narrative is now to be outraged so reason, chipper, sarcasmic, et al follow suit like good little useful soldiers."
idjit
Oops, my mistake. You're still lying, but you WERE mentioned in the post.
Objectively, the Treasonous Trump Cult lost 60 of 61 legal challenges, produced absolutely no evidence of election fraud, gained no votes in several recounts, and all 50 states have since certified their election results. As pointed out by other GOP congressmen, it is ridiculous to accept down ticket results, but not presidential.
This was a valid election. Anyone saying otherwise at this point is using motivated reasoning, to put in the most charitable terms.
A more accurate, but less charitable term would be sedition.
Law enforcement investigations and court challenges are tReAs0N
Pretty sure tampering with ballot boxes and vote machines and then blocking investigations is a little more treasonous, than challenging the results using preexisting mechanisms already made available for such an event.

you are right, the R's guilty of that, as documented, should be punished.
unfortunately for your side, all of the evidence of fraud thus far has been cases of R's for trump, and now trump himself
take the L little bitch...oh wait you dont even get the L because you are from america jr. take your L to the kids table and stfu
Shreek, proving that he's more mentally ill than the typical Democrat, raises the projection by accusing Trump of voter fraud that's not even been alleged by anyone (despite Biden hiring the "most extensive voter fraud team" in history prior to the election).
Jesus Christ shreek....
Tampering with ballot boxes like the GOP did in Orange County, then kept doing it even after a judge ruled against them?
https://www.ocregister.com/2020/10/14/california-gop-ballot-box-scheme-is-bigger-than-previously-reported/
Flat out illegal. Rule of law party my ass.
I've never seen Republicans give a flying fuck about election security in the past few years until they lost.
House passed numerous bills for it but the Senate did jack shit.
But now that you lost you want something done?
Fuck off. Accept the loss like a man you coward. Snowflakes all over.
"I’ve never seen Republicans give a flying fuck about election security in the past few years"
Yeah, the last twenty years of calling for watermarked paper ballots and presenting ID were just an illusion.
Except for the Republicans who control Florida and they lessened their election problems.
Who would have thought the solution to fixing election problems is getting rid of cheating Democrats from the counting process.
Wherever Democrats are in charge, there is always massive corruption. Just look at Chicago, Baltimore, Philly. All run by Democrats and all corrupt as shit. Why don't we see that in Republican districts?
Because Republicans tend to have higher moral standards whereas Democrats believe the end justifies the means and will resort to any disgusting act to get their way.
*insert quotes from Stalin, Mao, Pol Pot, Castro, Chavez, et al.*
"Because Republicans tend to have higher moral standards whereas Democrats believe the end justifies the means and will resort to any disgusting act to get their way."
I used to believe that, but now you guys are just another cult of personality that is resorting to disgusting acts to get your way.
No one's more zealous than a convert, right?
What did you convert from?
And so what? Is an ex-catholic wrong when they denounce pedophillic priests?
It'd be particularly ironic coming from sarc since he fucks his underage daughter and is buddies with shreek who has been banned for posting kiddie porn.
"ex-catholic... pedophillic priests"
Which one are you?
"I know you are but what am I"
HOLY SHIT PWND!!!!!!!!
"higher moral standards"
Dude.
Donald John Trump is your champion, and you want us to believe that "Republicans have higher moral standards?"
It will be even funnier when your anticipated comeback aka "Trump is rough around the edges, sure, but he gets the job done" comes along to further prove how bad your "point" is.
In other words, you hold up the dirtiest dog ever as your champion while claiming your party holds the high ground on "morality" which is laughable AF, and then your anticipated comeback will be to then say about Trump what you tried use as a "slam" on Dems, aka "believe the end justifies the means and will resort to any disgusting act to get their way."
Circle of beliefs FTL
Dirtiest dog ever, sure. Clinton was a rapist and perjurer, Obama used federal agencies to spy on and punish his enemies, Biden sold influence to communist China through his son... but TRUMP! The disgusting corruption of that man! When the Dems are your competition, "moral high ground" is about an inch off the floor.
You sick fucks legalized voter fraud. You encouraged mobs of crazed Biden supporters to set cars on fire when you don't get their way. You openly teach that all white people are racist. You declare anyone who even slightly disagrees with you to be a Nazi.
That's what Democrats do. I realize you actually hold those practices up as the pinnacle of morality but I need to educate you that those things are NOT OK. Your warped morality prevents you from understanding that, but I hope in time you can learn.
“ You sick fucks legalized voter fraud. You encouraged mobs of crazed Biden supporters to set cars on fire when you don’t get their way. You openly teach that all white people are racist. You declare anyone who even slightly disagrees with you to be a Nazi.”
1) I’m an (I), not a (D) not a (R).
2) I did literally zero of the things on your list
Next...
Who is against election audits? The election has been counted, recounted, audited, and reaudited. The results are the same. What you want is a new way of counting because 1,2,3,.. is not getting you the results you want.
Counting fraudulent ballots is just that. The ballots themselves and how they were obtained needs to be investigated.
But we don't have fraudulent ballots, except for the one Trump asked for in the phone call. Trump's lawyers said in court it not about fraud. Again you can not just call a ballot fraudulent because it was for Joe Biden. And that seem to be about all you have.
I get the impression that these guys would be more than happy to manufacture fraudulent ballots to win the election, and feel justified because they feel they're just making up for Trump ballots that were thrown away.
Hey look, sarcasmic agrees with shreek. That's 8 years in a row!
You need to swing by Democratic Underground more often, shreek. We're onto "no significant fraudulent ballots" now.
No, that Bill Barr saying "significant". Trump's lawyers have yet to turn up one.
Not even one? Are you sure? Would you bet your life on it? (PLEASE SAY YES)
Who am I?
"No evidence of fraud." Then:
"No widespread evidence of fraud." Then:
"No systemic evidence of fraud." Then:
"Well, it wouldn't make any difference."
Next up..? "Well, it's too late now!"
Jesse seen counting theoretical cases of voter fraud at 00:50. Good luck counting until the end of January. It just might work.

Oh look, shreek watches the most Reddit TV show of all time and also can't figure out to link to a time stamped YouTube video. Raise your hand if you're surprised.
That's what they did for 8 years while Obama was president. Did you just wake up from a coma?

To be fair, a pair of saggy old tits is about the sum total of your knowledge of economics too.
"DUBAI, United Arab Emirates (AP) — Iran said Saturday it plans to enrich uranium up to 20% at its underground Fordo nuclear facility “as soon as possible,” pushing its program a technical step away from weapons-grade levels as it increases pressure on the West over the tattered atomic deal.
The move comes amid heightened tensions between Iran and the U.S. in the waning days of the administration of President Donald Trump, who unilaterally withdrew America from Tehran’s nuclear deal in 2018.
----Associated Press
https://apnews.com/article/donald-trump-dubai-iran-iran-nuclear-united-arab-emirates-384717b592f8a7012b02d8627f36763a
One of the reasons people's trust in the news media keeps testing all time lows is because they so often get it wrong. Here's a good example of something that might have been written more accurately: President Obama signed onto the Tehran nuclear deal "unilaterally". That treaty was never ratified by the senate, but you know what treaty was ratified by the senate? The answer is the Nuclear non-Proliferation Treaty, which Iran violated by enriching their own uranium in secret.
Joe Biden campaigned on reentering that unconstitutional treaty with Iran, and the ramifications of him doing that are dire for American foreign policy for a number of reasons. For one, if Iran is allowed to enrich their own uranium (especially given that Iran has already successfully launched satellites using multistage rockets), it will present a grave threat to American security. If you thought extricating ourselves from guaranteeing the security of the Middle East was hard before, wait until Iran has a nuclear warhead pointed at the USA.
Meanwhile, the progress President Trump made in extricating ourselves from the Middle East (especially in regards to the resumption of normal relations between Saudi Arabia's allies and Israel) was largely driven by Trump's refusal to protect them against Iranian aggression unless the Iranians attacked Americans.
When the Iranians seized oil tankers in the Persian Gulf, the Trump administration did nothing. When the Iranians attacked Saudi oil production facilities through their proxies in Yemen, the Trump administration did nothing. When the Turks invaded Syria to go after the Kurds, the Trump administration withdrew our forces from harm's way. When the Iranians targeted Americans, we retaliated by taking out the man who ordered the attack. As Trump repeatedly refused to protect the Saudis and their allies from Iranian aggression, the Saudis and their allies realized that they needed to band together with the powerful enemy of their enemy in the region--Israel.
They were driven together by a need to contain the threat of Iranian aggression, and if Biden rejoins the Iranian nuclear deal--giving the Iranians the freedom to enrich uranium--much of that drive to work together to contain the Iranian threat in the absence of American security guarantees will be lost. Instead, the Arab states will be forced to 1) rely on the United State to guarantee their security again--like they have since the Persian Gulf War of 1991--only this time to counter the nuclear threat. 2) Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordan, and the United Arab Emirates--at the very least--will each be forced to seek a nuclear deterrent of their own.
A nuclear arms race in the Middle East isn't in the best interests of American security, isn't in the best interests of peace, and isn't in the best interests of the U.S. extricating ourselves as the guarantor of security in the Middle East.
It should be noted that the Cold War was not an era of peace. It was a never ending series of proxy wars that lasted for decades. It will be the same this time. And there is no good reason to assume that a nuclear arms race in the Middle East will end without a nuclear exchange--like Cold War ended with the Soviet Union.
The course Trump put us on has seen the most successful outcomes American foreign policy has known in the Middle East since before the Cold War, and if the Biden administration reverses those policies by allowing the Iranians to enrich their own uranium--a right they surrendered when they violated the Nuclear non-Proliferation Treaty--it will lead to disaster. And by "disaster", I mean the resumption of a necon foreign policy of U.S. security guarantees and foreign military engagement.
SleepyJoe can’t wait to to start shooting .
The reason we've heard so little about Biden's policies is because they're awful.
He said before the election that he has a "great" healthcare plan but he can't reveal it until after the election. And *nobody* in the media took him on for that.
All they had to do was look at Biden's campaign website(s)!
"The Biden-Harris Administration . . . will work to lower health care costs and expand access to quality, affordable health care through a Medicare-like public option."
----Joe Biden
.https://buildbackbetter.gov/priorities/economic-recovery/
[Joe Biden] is working to ensure that every American has access to quality, affordable health care, by providing a public option and lowering costs for care and for prescription drugs."
----Elsewhere on the same Biden website.
It's not Medicare for All.
It's a Medicare-like public option for every American!
They avoid telling us what his positions on the issues are because his positions are awful and unpopular--not because they're hard to find.
Hardly anyone voted for Biden.
A lot of people voted against Trump.
We had to elect him to see what's in him.
2) Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordan, and the United Arab Emirates–at the very least–will each be forced to seek a nuclear deterrent of their own.
This is really the biggest concern. The lesson of the Norks in particular is that it doesn't matter if a country violates the NPT, as long as it has a superpower sponsor like China with its own nuclear arsenal to back it up.
If Iran gets nukes, Egypt and probably Saudi Arabia will start making them also, at a minimum. Hezbollah will start agitating for Iran to place them in Lebanon to point them right at Israel. Qatar will be helplessly caught in the middle as it tries to play all sides, and will either have to pick a side or leave everyone pissed off.
If there's one good reason to wish for a post-petroleum future, its that we can stop caring about 2000 (or more) year old tribal feuds.
We already accomplished that with fracking.
The JCPOA was a good deal (mostly because Iran agreed to sign the Additional Protocols) and the Rs in the Senate take the blame for saying they would never ratify it. Trump leaving it was stupid and brought about the exact outcome he claimed to want to avoid. Biden has said he wants to rejoin the JCPOA, which is something which should be applauded and maybe the Rs will learn their lesson and support it.
Allowing Iran to enrich their own uranium is unacceptably stupid for the reasons given, and the reason you haven't addressed any of them is because you can't.
Iran has the right to enrich uranium under the NTP as long as they are under IAEA safeguards, which they are. There is no legal way to stop them unless Iran willingly stops due to another international agreement that they sign, and that was the JCPOA.
The NPT is the foundation for global nuclear security and the more the US violates it the worse off everyone is.
"Iran has the right to enrich uranium under the NTP as long as they are under IAEA safeguard"
Iran surrendered their right to enrich their own uranium when they were found to have enriched uranium in secret--in violation of the NPT. Those findings were even endorsed by Iran's friends on the Security Council--China and Russia--when both of the assented to the sanctions. I guess they're not stupid enough to want a nuclear armed Iran either.
Incidentally, if Iran wishes to have nuclear material sufficiently enriched for civilian uses, both China and Russia would be more than happy to supply it. The fact that Iran prefers to keep economically crushing sanctions in place rather than come back into compliance with the NPT and accept uranium that's been enriched by others shows the nefariousness of their nuclear program.
I suspect you're simply throwing shit on the wall and hoping something will stick. You're rationalizing, which is fundamentally different from reasoning. Anything can be rationalized. If a serial killer murders women because his mother abused him, that doesn't justify being a serial killer, and because you can regurgitate stage left neocon rationalizations in regards to Iran, doesn't justify effectively arming them with nuclear weapons.
Yes, the NPT allowed Iran to enrich their own uranium so long as they followed NPT protocols--and when they violated those treaty provisions, they surrendered the right to enrich their own uranium.
Why don't you post on the Iranian Reason forum?
You are a warmonger. It's people like you that cause war in the Middle East.
Trump wrecked the Iranian economy.
He literally rained fire from the sky such that no Iranian leader was safe.
He actually made the Supreme Leader of Iran CRY LIKE A LITTLE GIRL on live TV. No other president in history was able to do that.
Meanwhile the senile old man wants shower them with cash money in exchange for pretending they aren't enriching uranium. Fuck you bubble headed liberals.
Mutually beneficial international agreements are the opposite of being a warmonger. Wrecking an economy, bombing them, embarrassing their leaders, that is the way to increase tensions and possibly start a war.
That is how a Westerner thinks. You need to try to understand other cultures and how diplomacy works differently in the Middle East compared to the West.
The Middle East operates based on shows of strength and that was *exactly* what Trump was giving them; according to their own cultural values. By misapplying Western styles of diplomacy, it appears weak to the Iranians and emboldens them. That's why I say you're a warmonger; you're encouraging war while in your own mind you think you're promoting peace.
"Mutually beneficial international agreements are the opposite of being a warmonger."
Exactly what is beneficial to the United States about allowing Iran to violate the NPT and still enrich their own uranium with impunity?
"Begging the question or assuming the conclusion is an informal fallacy that occurs when an argument's premises assume the truth of the conclusion, instead of supporting it."
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Begging_the_question
mostly because Iran agreed to sign the Additional Protocols
And then openly ignored them. LOL.

When I was elected GOP Chair of Maricopa County, I met with Sen McCain out of respect for his office & service. In the first, short meeting in his Senate office, he tried to buy me off by offering local chamber money he said he controlled
He wasn’t shy about it.
It didn’t work.
It took a shady real estate developer to clean out a lot of the old corruption in American politics.
The universe has a sense of humour.
That family has a similar grift going on with the McCain Institute at Arizona State.
And remember, these are the the GOPe grifters that Whyte Knight/DOL/ Cyto waxes nostalgic for.
Any old corrupt fuck will do as long as they oppose the orange hitler... even Pierre Delecto.
The new COVID-19 variant affects people under 20 more than the original strain, according to a new study from the Imperial College London.
CASES! FFS, doesn't anyone in the media understand the difference between testing positive and being symptomatic. I didn't read the study, but going by the Summary, it's not valid to use the word affects. Why nitpick here? Because it's fucking important to impart the proper context. If the variant causes double the amount of 20 year-olds to loose an extra day of work with a mild fever...SO FUCKING WHAT? Now, do I know what the variant will do wo 20 year-olds? No. But I sure as shit know that ENB doesn't know either.
affects ... bullshit.
A small number of people, those with PCR positives well below the 40 cycles we test at are the vast majority of the spread. These people are commonly known to laypeople as 'sick'.
That is why we will lower the cycle threshold for a positive case, and thus a 'ro death, as soon as Biden takes office and announces his 100 day initiative. The case and death count will drop and he will be our savior.
All hail the magic mask!

These people are so committed to their war against common culture and human nature that they're doing another round of "Fat is Beautiful" propaganda in the middle of a pandemic where obesity is one of the major risk factors for severe illness and death.
The look Lightfoot's face reading Hawkins is priceless. She may be literally partially retarded.
And what is it with this new thing where politicians talk about the books they're reading? They're reading jack shit.
Just buy the curated zoom bookshelf.
Left wing woke health officials and news media have replaced commonly understood terms "fat", "obese" and "severely obese" with the politically correct "people with comorbidities" because they didn't want to be accused (by other left wingers) of fat shaming.
And yet, obesity is not only the leading cause of premature morbidity and mortality in the US, but is also the second leading risk factor (after old age) for covid hospitalizations and deaths.
I want to point this out, because this is exactly the type of misinformation ken likes to sprinkle in the basis of his 10,000 word essays. "When the Turks invaded Syria to go after the Kurds, the Trump administration withdrew our forces from harm’s way."
This is an incredibly disingenuous characterization. Were our forces in danger from our turkish ally? Were those forces sent home, or actually just over to neighboring Iraq?
What happened was Trump rolled over for Erdogan, because he loves authoritarians and sees them as his natural allies, and is actually a very poor negotiator. Not to mention the kurds had been fighting Assad and ISIS, and had received much material and training support from the u.s.. 2 generals resigned in protest. We lost an important regional ally in the fight against ISIS, and gained nothing for it.
Trump sent those military advisors to iraq. The Turks slaughtered the fuck out of an ally of ours who had been receiving and relying on protection less than 24 hours previously. We lost an important partner and capability in fighting isis. Our reputation and percieved reliability was and still is greatly diminished. Tukey conceded nothing. We gained nothing. Lots of Kurdish people died.
That is what actually happened, but to hear ken tell it, Trump personally saved our heroes by removing them from harm's way.
Not our war. Not in the US interests to fight in the Middle East anymore.
Don’t be a neocon shit.
It will be when Biden bans fracking to "protect the environment", thus requiring us to be in more wars.
Fuck you, Reason.
Just put a windmill on your car.
Or, we could do international trade agreements to get what we need. Leave it to a right winger to think that force is the only option.
Whom do you propose buying all the oil we need from? There aren't really any good answers that don't involve our money being used to blow people up.
So we can buy oil and other countries use the money to go to war, or we can go to war for oil. Six in one hand, half dozen in the other, a bunch of people die so we can keep the AC on.
Fracking is preferable to either of those choices.
Poor Molly thinks OPEC having control over the worlds energy market was a good thing, and wants to return to that.
Easier to punish the US for their sins against progressivism, while demogauging for the left, when people have to pay $5 a gallon for gas.
We didn't stop fighting in the ME, you utter simpleton. We just let Turkey kill off our Kurdish allies.
We'll have been fighting in the Middle East for 30 years as of January 16th.
Gotta love the sheep using buzz words they're told to use.
WORD OF THE DAY: MISINFORMATION.
Dumbasses.
It's a pretty common word. Not my fault you were home schooled.
Stolen Valor is also a common word. You know it well.
In this post, Jesse's capitulation is complete. Not one word of substance, pure ad hominem and libel.
You've lost Jesse. Now get off my board, bitch.
Or what, you’ll mow him down with an Apache helicopter, you violent sociopath?
Piss off Whyte Knight/Cyto. And take your DNC agitprop with you.
I want to point this out, because this is exactly the type of bullshit DOL shovels absent any evidence whatsoever:
"What happened was Trump rolled over for Erdogan, because he loves authoritarians and sees them as his natural allies, and is actually a very poor negotiator. "
What really happened is stinking pile of lefty shit invented some circumstance.
Fuck off and die, TDS-infected lefty shit; the world will be a better place.
We lost an important regional ally in the fight against ISIS, and gained nothing for it.
The Kurds had already pulled their troops north from DaZ long before Trump withdrew our forces from Syria, dingus. Considering the fact they'd been fucking around in that pocket for close to two years prior to their redeployment north, and we're constantly complaining that we weren't giving them enough CAS despite regular sorties since August 2014, shows that your complaint here doesn't have much merit.
We lost an important partner and capability in fighting isis.
The Kurds don't give a shit who their "partner" is, as long as they get weapons. And considering there's several different factions of Kurds in the region with different motivations, this characterization of yours doesn't even pass the smell test.
Our reputation and percieved reliability was and still is greatly diminished.
Oh, bullshit. We didn't even get involved in "protecting" the Kurds until the international press guilt-tripped Kerry into it while the siege of Kobani was going on. And I'm not sure if you're aware, but the US didn't exactly have a sterling track record of supporting them prior to ISIS.
Kurds had removed their many defensive positions from the Turkish border and major routes because we assured them that we would prevent Turkey from invading them. Then Trump did a 180 and left them high and dry with less than 24 hours notice. It was a bait and switch. A dirty trick.
Kurds had done the majority of the fighting against isis up to that point. Turkey waited until isis had exhausted itself against the kurds before invading. Turkey and the US let the kurds do the fighting and dying against isis, then stabbed them in the back.
And yes, I am well aware there are multiple fractions of Kurds, having met the Barzani family in 2009 and present in Iraqi autonomous kurdistan during the 2009-2010 Turkish air campaign against PKK. That is not relevant to this issue, as it was limited to the Kurds in N. Syria, who were mostly all fighting under one flag at that time.
Then Trump did a 180 and left them high and dry with less than 24 hours notice. It was a bait and switch. A dirty trick.
Reports already confirmed that they were redeploying north from the MERV in the spring, long before Trump pulled out our token SOF force.
Kurds had done the majority of the fighting against isis up to that point.
Uh, yeah, it wasn't just the Kurds in that collection of ground forces.
Turkey waited until isis had exhausted itself against the kurds before invading. Turkey and the US let the kurds do the fighting and dying against isis, then stabbed them in the back.
What a bunch of drama queen bullshit. Do you have any fucking clue about the socio-ethno-political landscape of the non-Assad-held areas of Syria? Hell, are you even aware that the Assad forces in Syria were fighting ISIS in their own territories as well?
That is not relevant to this issue, as it was limited to the Kurds in N. Syria, who were mostly all fighting under one flag at that time.
You claimed we "stabbed" the Kurds in the back, while ignoring our support of their efforts against ISIS in the Mosul region that were going on at the same fucking time. It's telling that you quote your time there from ten fucking years ago--except ISIS didn't emerge as a significant threat in the region until early 2014 when it managed to grab vast swathes of territory in both Syria and Iraq.
You write like someone who hasn't actually been in-theater in ten years, and gets all of his info from news sources that are even more ignorant about what actually happened there than you appear to be.
I write like someone who does understand exactly what happened there.
The Kurds were surprised by Trump's sudden withdrawal decision, as was the pentagon. To claim otherwise is to be blatantly dishonest.
And as you pointed out, the Kurds have different governing structures in Iraq and Syria. Our support for the Kurds in Iraq does little to comfort the Kurds we abandoned to the Turks in Syria.
I write like someone who does understand exactly what happened there.
No, you're writing like someone who got their understanding of the situation there from an NPR report right after it happened.
The Kurds were surprised by Trump’s sudden withdrawal decision, as was the pentagon. To claim otherwise is to be blatantly dishonest.
Which doesn't refute the fact that they were already redeploying troops back to the northern border long before we pulled our token SOF forces out of there.
Our support for the Kurds in Iraq does little to comfort the Kurds we abandoned to the Turks in Syria.
Yeah, I'm sure "comfort" is what the Kurds in Syria are looking for.
"What happened was Trump rolled over for Erdogan, because he loves authoritarians and sees them as his natural allies"
That's just about what's going on in your head.
We're not your mom. Stop telling us about your feelings.
Tell me more about how Trump saved the troops.
Yeah, we all remember your neocon war boner from your old accounts, cytotoxic. You don't need to remind us every single day. Glass the middle east and import the survivors.
"Glass the middle east"
Might want to refrain from accusing people of having war boners in the same breath that you wish for total nuclear destruction.
Jesus Christ you stupid prick. I WAS PUTTING WORDS IN YOUR MOUTH.
You're really dunking on Tulpa for mocking neocon foreign policy?
I wonder if any "journalists" have bothered to question election officials in places like Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, about what the procedure is for removing dead people and people who've moved from the voting rolls? And, if so, did said journalist followup by looking at the voting rolls to see if the procedure claimed was actually followed? Based on personal experience, I know I could have voted in two different counties in Penna. for a number of years after I moved, and I'll bet it isn't hard for college students to do the same.
They are called friendly litigation settlements.
RINO/Lefty election official gets Lefty vote group to sue said election official and the election official settles giving Lefty vote group everything they want.
No corruption there.
My family is challenging thousands of registered voters in various counties of Georgia who moved out-of-state, per Georgia law. Out of thousands of non-Georgians, hundreds had bogus addresses.
No, of course they haven't questioned them. Because most "journalists" know it's shady as crap and they don't want to report on that because they support it.
journalists don't journalize anymore. They are defenders of the regime.
They’re simply propagandists. And ENB, and most of the Reason staff are happy to parrot the official narrative being pushed.
Removing dead people from voter rolls is a Republican plot to disenfranchise the stupid niggers who are too stupid to obtain a free ID card because they are stupid and niggers, you racist KKK Republican!
Discovery+ is now live on whatever streaming player you use.
For those of you who pay $100+ per month to get live cable because you want to watch HGTV, Food Network, TLC, Animal Planet, Discovery, the Travel Channel, A&E, History channel, AHC, OWN, DIY, Lifetime, the upcoming Magnolia channel and others, you can now get all of those channels for $4.99 a month (after a seven day free trial).
Besides the cost savings, why should this matter to libertarians and others?
Because when you subscribe to cable, you're paying a subscription fee for every channel on your dial--whether you watch them or not. If you're someone who hates CNN and MSNBC, you're sending them money through your cable subscription fee. Don't you hate that? Why not do something about it--and cut the cord?
Rachel Maddow and her life partner bought themselves a beautiful co-op in New York City with the money you sent them. Have a look and see what you paid for!
https://www.dirt.com/showbiz/entertainment-industry/rachel-maddow-house-new-york-city-1203344610/
They're selling that place now--because they think you're so stupid, you'll keep sending them your money, and they want a bigger apartment!
Are they right?
How stupid are you?
I would say the stupid outnumber the smart by a good margin. Look at who we elect to office.
It is better granularity, but still a package with many channels I won't watch.
Live cable TV is like that, too--but the channels we don't watch cost us $150 a month instead of $4.99.
For people who watch what they could get with an antenna or Locast for free, Netflix, and Discovery + HGTV, they can save a bundle.
Ken, I’m looking into Lowcast. I’m drawing a blank on what they are, but there were two other services, for about another $5 a month, that will provide dvr for lowcast, since it doesn’t have its own. Have you tried either of them?
Hey unreason. Georgia is allowing absentee ballots to be corrected.
The MSM is not covering that Republicans were more prepared for the cheating this runoff election, so tens of thousands of non-Georgians got their Georgia voter registration challenged and illegal ballots rejected.
Poor Ossoff and Warnock.
Poor Biden.
Correcting absentee ballots is not illegal, and the Rs are challenging voters who have not moved. It is the Rs who are engaged in voter suppression.
Voter suppression of illegal votes is a good thing.
The point is that they are suppressing legal votes and voters.
Better to allow a thousand illegal votes than to reject one valid vote, right?
That all depends on who wins the election. Shreek is as predictable as he is stupid.
The R position is it is better to reject 1000 legal ones to prevent one illegal one and that is wrong.
Rs use the myth of voter fraud to suppress legal votes.
Prove it. Take it to court. See how you do.
Going to court to challenge election rules is treason, doncha know.
One of the amazing things about Trump's election in 2016 was that he was able to do it without hardly spending any money. He made it through both the primaries and the general election on a fraction of what his opponents spent. Hillary raised twice as much money as Trump did!
. . . but Trump didn't need to raise much money because the media gave him so much free quality advertising. Trump became an expert at trolling the media to denounce him for things that made him popular. Hillary Clinton couldn't buy the kind of coverage Trump garnered by being denounced by neocons for opposing forever wars, being denounced by Hillary for pandering to "deplorables", being denounced for wanting a trade war with China, being denounced for wanting all sorts of popular and populist things!
Seeing the media dog-pile on Cruz like this, I strongly suspect that he's enjoying the same twist on Streisand effect that Trump enjoyed in 2016. If the news media keeps denouncing Cruz like this, they'll make him the de facto nominee in 2020. First impressions are important. Pence better up his game.
I've got money on Hawley. He's the central-casting fusion candidate for the post-Trump Republican coalition: elite education, so-con base, populist instincts, effective social media presence, and not nearly as naturally off-putting as Cruz (who is basically the Republican answer to Hillary! in terms of instinctual disgust).
The last odds I saw put him on the far outskirts of the conversation, but I think he's top-3 when all is said and done.
If the news media keeps denouncing Cruz like this, they’ll make him the de facto nominee in 2024.
Yeah, but it's important to keep in mind that the media likes to pimp Republicans whom they think will be sure losers. That was why the Hillary campaign worked with their media allies to signal-boost Trump when he started running. She WANTED to run against him because she, and the media, thought that beating him would be a walk in the park.
Basically, it's important to ignore the media coverage, because most of them vote for Democrats, which means their interest lies in Republicans losing elections. If they're giving Cruz a lot of attention, that's by design, not by reaction.
It is interesting that Senator Cotton is not supporting the effort to challenge the ballot. I suspect that he and other Senators and Congress persons realize there is no end to this unless the votes are counted. After the election was called there were those that wanted to give Trump time to accept the loss. What they have seen is that he will not accept the loss. It has to stop and the Republicans will have no choice but to stop it. Let this go ten more days with a commission and they will have to deal with it in 10 more days. Time to just rip the band-aid off and shut down Trump.
"It has to stop and the Republicans will have no choice but to stop it."
Nope, it's actually a good thing for Republicans to keep it going far after Jan 20. The party out of the white house needs to find "outrage" to tap into so they can counter the party in the white house.
The legalization of fraud is a great source of "outrage" and MILLIONS of people believe it. So Biden and every Democrat down to the local dog catcher is going to struggle to defend their integrity on every little thing they do.
Get used to it, we ain't going nowhere. 😉
Perpetuating the lie about voter fraud in order to gain political anger with your base is very damaging to our country and anyone who does that is unfit for office.
Anyone who believes it is unfit to breathe.
Now tell us again about how Russia stole the 2016 election from Hillary with 100 grand worth of Facebook ads.
Why should he when there are 1500 pages, confessions, and convictions that tell the story quite clearly?
LOL. Man you are dumb. You still honestly believe this while also believing there was zero fraud in 2020. Hilarious.
Let me know when you've somehow found out more on the matter than all of NATO's intelligence agencies, the Senate intel committee, the FBI, and anyone else who has actually investigated this matter. Because they all have a very rational and consistent story to tell, whereas the Trump cultists have been caught lying about, and indeed convicted of lying about this very matter.
The same FBI with an agent sitting in jail for lying on a FISA warrant?
Also HOLY FUCKING SHIT. HE STILL PEDDLES THE RUSSIA COLLUSION MUELLER TIME NARRATIVE A FULL YEAR AFTER IT BLEW UP IN HIS FACE. AND HE'S SO FUCKING DUMB HE REPEATEDLY BRINGS IT UP WHEN HE'S ACCUSED OF BEING AN IDIOTIC HYPOCRITE ABOUT PEDDLING CONSPIRACY THEORIES. Shreek you old sonofabitch. Bless your heart.
the FBI,
The same FBI that lied on their FISA warrants?
Yes, the same FBI.
Also the same president that said that the central park 5 deserved execution, and that Obama was born in Kenya.
Now do the several NATO allies' intel agencies, Robert Mueller, adn the bipartisan senate intel committee.
Also the same president that said that the central park 5 deserved execution, and that Obama was born in Kenya.
Which doesn't change the fact that the FBI lied.
Now do the several NATO allies’ intel agencies, Robert Mueller, adn the bipartisan senate intel committee.
You mean the ones who based their investigation off of a fake piss dossier compiled by the Hillary campaign?
Because you're all braindead inbred hicks! If fraud was as widespread as you all claim then wouldn't a few of the court cases not been thrown out?
What's more likely? A massive conspiracy affecting the entire judiciary in the country(including Trump SC appointees)?
Or that you're all inbred, America hating traitors?
Please leave MY COUNTRY you treasonous fucking cowards!
God it's sad when you poor fucks try to meme. My guess is that this account belongs to "but I'm just a comedian!" sarcasmic.
Shut up you treasonous nerd!
NERD!!!
"wouldn’t a few of the court cases not been thrown out?"
Do you not understand how courts work in this country? If a judge thinks some people won't like to see the results overturned, they will make up excuses to not here the case
"Please leave MY COUNTRY"
Now there's something we can agree on! I'd love to get away from you bubble headed ass eaters. You can have your liberal hellholes like Baltimore, and we can take the vast, well-run rural areas. DREAM...COME...TRUE! 🙂
First sentence got cut off:
Do you not understand how courts work in this country? If a judge thinks some people won’t like to see the results overturned, they will make up excuses to not here the case WITHOUT LOOKING AT THE EVIDENCE. Or the court will simply declare that election laws are optional, like the PA supreme court did.
Goddamn you cousin fuckers are dumb...
Cram it traitor! You only speak when spoken to you America hating piece of shit!
Not really. The Republicans lost members when Trump got elected and have been bleeding members since that time. Outrage is useful but it has its limits and Republicans are seeing that now. The price of keeping a small group happy can be costly. (Note; this point should not be lost on Democrats where Progressives are concerned).
This could split the party. In 2024 Republican want to be united against Biden and not fighting among themselves.
HHS backs down on hand sanitizer penalty. The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is backing down on fees levied against distilleries that stepped up to produce hand sanitizer instead of booze during the early days of the pandemic.
Freedom has returned!
The #Senate achieved the 2/3 necessary to override the @realDonaldTrump veto and pass the NDAA by a tally of 81-13.
This bill absolutely deserved a veto and it's sad! that both sides showed their true colors in coming together to get this monstrosity made into law.
Reason gloating about overturning a veto for a 3 billion dollar spending bill is peak libertarianism.
Reason's friends. Fuck you, Reason.

There were six people in a house in Gatineau, Canada. A neighbour snitched. Police went in, Gestapo style. Assaulting citizens.
So, yeah. Every lockdown politician who made this monstrous world and then tries to sneak away to Florida or Hawaii? Fuck you.
Fuck you, Reason.

A small family-run hotel already on its knees as a result of the pandemic was suddenly occupied by a homeless advocacy group which booked 16 rooms and then refused to pay the bill.
Fuck you, Reason.

Retired doctors aren’t allowed to vaccinate people unless they’ve had equality and diversity training. You couldn’t make it up.
"A British judge on Monday rejected the United States' request to extradite WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange
Come Mr President, do the one truly great thing you can accomplish with this presidency. Pardon Assange! (And Snowden, and Ulbricht while you're at it)
Assange hurt Hillary Clinton. That can never be forgiven.
If Trump had a nut in his sack he'd do it just to troll the left, but he legitimately hates Snowden and Assange and has been shitting all over them since long before he was president. Sad!
Texas Republican Rep. Chip Roy challenged the legitimacy of congressional election results from states in contested statements, to make a point about the lack of logic or consistency in the clown show that is the stance of Cruz and Hawley.
That is totally wrong. Chip Roy made this objection in earnest. Read the document.
Don't let facts and logic distract you from the truth!
The COVID-19 pandemic has (perhaps permanently) blurred the lines between home and work, as well as home and school. The Court itself has been handling its work remotely, and if it grants certiorari in the case, those arguments are likely to be held telephonically.
That's just silly reasoning.
My girlfriend lost her glasses during the pandemic, it blurred the lines between sports and non-sports, women and men, the lines between races, and the line on the milk carton with the expiration date!
Oh great; Now not counting dead peoples vote is "throwing the election and election fraud." What's next? Not running ballets over and over and over again, "throwing an election and election fraud?".
That point in time where stopping 'fraud' is more 'fraudulent' than the 'fraud' itself.
ARE YOU GOING TO JUST DISENFRANCHISE QUADRILLIONS OF DEAD PEOPLE AND OVERTURN THE WILL OF THE ELECTORATE WHEN THESE PEOPLE JUST HAPPENED TO VOTE FOR JOE BIDEN!!!!!!!??????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!????????????
"Trump Fishes for Votes in Georgia as GOP Senators Fight Over Election Certification"
Except that Stacey Abrams already registered all the fish in Georgia to vote as Democrats. Seems like Georgia has a lot of suckers.
New name for Brain-Damaged Biden. I'll borrow a term from distant American history. Biden will now be known as: His Fraudulency.
The best part of this name is that even though it's a bit juvenile and silly, it will trigger shreekasmic literally every time you say it for another 8 years.
The reality is unless he’s planning on fomenting a revolution Trump will not be president soon. It sickens me that Joe Biteme and his sociopath protege are going to be in charge. Further that election fraud could put two complete idiots in the senate - Warnock is insane and Ossoff is a know nothing indoctrinated progtard. But reality is you either end up accepting it and live to fight another day or you go full retard and attempt an overthrow.
But protest the election and vote against certification. Debate is better than war. If you think war is better you’ve never been near one.
Trump threatened that the market would fall if he loses and see how it shot up make all time high. The only participants to this gain were institutions. finally shows Reversal which is good sign for those left out to get something out of next rally and put the election behind them.
We have seen clear evidence that dead people have indeed cast votes in this election. By claiming otherwise without explaining why the evidence we saw was incirrect, you undermine only your own credibility.
Dead people have voted in every election of any importance. There's always some amount of fraud, the question is whether this election had significantly more fraud than normal and if it did whether or not that fraud affected the outcome.
Mr. Germany acknowledged the dead voters, all 2 of them.
If I were inclined to give Trump the benefit of the doubt, I don't think anything he said technically crossed over the line into trying to force illegal ballot counting. It is very shitty behavior, and I am not inclined to give him the benefit of the doubt, but I don't think it will be prosecutable. It is a nice little cap to this whole charade, and will hopefully give spineless congressional critters an easy excuse to back down their idiotic election challenge.
