Prof. Gail Heriot Joining the Conspiracy

I'm delighted to report that Prof. Gail Heriot will be joining us here at the Conspiracy. Gail teaches at the University of San Diego School of Law, and specializes in Employment and Labor Law, Torts, and Civil Rights; she has also served since 2007 on the U.S. Commission for Civil Rights. I've known Gail for many years and have long appreciated her work—I much look forward to her posts!
