I'll be on John Stossel's eponymous Fox Business show tonight, discussing various attempts to raise sin taxes and legalize marijuana next Tuesday. And of course we'll chat about California's monstrously stupid Prop. 60, which mandates the wearing of condoms in all porn movies filmed in the Golden State.
