Creating a Safe Space

The University of Oregon's student government denied funding to the campus chapter of Young Americans for Liberty for pizza and rental fees for a planned poker night. Members of the student government said they were concerned that the tournament would award as prizes guns donated by local dealers. The guns would be transferred to the winners off campus and in keeping with state and federal laws, but members of the student government said it could still make some students feel uncomfortable.

The snowflake's veto. I guess today's college students aren't growing up anytime soon.
Great neologism.
I was trying to come up with something like that, but I think I'm just going to adopt "snowflake's veto" as my term of choice.
This discrimination shall not stand.
It will sit nicely with most students and their enablers.
Sue and use the money you win to buy guns.
There is some head-spinning bullshit in the minutes of that meeting. Raffling of items with a minimum age requirement is ageism. Having a poker night is painful for gambling addicts. Head like a hole.
In all likelihood, if a left-wing group handed out dildos as prizes for a *strip* poker tournament, the student government would fund it.
You know who else was bat-shit insane?
