In doing research for the How have Christians and non-Christians fared before the Supreme Court in RFRA and RLUIPA cases? post, I looked at the lower court opinions in the case that became Sossamon v. Texas (2011) (the Religious Land Use and Institutionalized Persons Act sovereign immunity case).
