Comedy Central's sequel to Lil' Bush.

  2. Fist of Etiquette   13 years ago

At least it appears Obama and Snowden are getting along now. Jimmy Kimmel? Not so much.

  3. Fist of Etiquette   13 years ago

In fairness to Obama, the Afghan strategy wasn't his anymore than Obamacare was. The women in his life are setting him up to fail. (As women will do.)

    1. JW   13 years ago

      Step on a pop top?

    2. GILMORE   13 years ago

      "Fist of Etiquette|1.10.14 @ 7:07AM|#

In fairness to Obama, the Afghan strategy wasn't his anymore than Obamacare was.

Wait a second... are you suggesting that he just *borrowed* the idea of =
'throw more troops at a quagmire and pray that it buys you enough time to distract the public with some other issue so that even if things continue to go completely to shit somewhere deep in the public memory hole there is a distant sensation that this guy (as opposed to the OTHER feckless leader) *did something*'...?

I think referring to 'throw more troops at it' as a *strategy* is also something of a disservice to the word.

Honestly, 'Afghanistan' and 'strategy' are not words you hear in the same sentence very often, and when you do, its almost always by someone who is very, very embarrassed.

  4. Fist of Etiquette   13 years ago

Did Obama's soul patch turn white?

    1. Loki   13 years ago

      Err... RACIST???

  5. gaijin   13 years ago

Why is Obama asking Gabby Giffords to talk about anything? And why does she have razor stubble?

  6. invisible furry hand   13 years ago

As a non-'Murrican, I am so grateful for the explanation that the White House is, indeed, in the state of Washington and not Buttfuck County, Idaho, as I had previously thought

    1. UnCivilServant   13 years ago

There is no State of Washington, just South BC.

      1. JW   13 years ago

You dumb ass. That's North Oregon.

        1. some guy   13 years ago

          You mean North Northern California?

    2. Snark Plissken   13 years ago

Yes, it's right next to the Space Needle or the Washington Monument as some people like to call it.

      1. UnCivilServant   13 years ago

        The spire of shame.

  7. UnCivilServant   13 years ago

Why is Christie asking questions? Is he trying to deflect from his own media attentions?

  8. Ted S.   13 years ago

    NEEDZ MOAR LABELZ!

  9. RishJoMo   13 years ago

    lol thats pretty funny dude.

    1. Swiss Servator, Befehl!   13 years ago

      Turing Test FAIL!

      1. Rich   13 years ago

Perhaps this will make up for it.

        1. Swiss Servator, Befehl!   13 years ago

Mmmm.... yes, that was spot on.

  10. Cdr Lytton   13 years ago

Why is Nixon doing a minstrel show while talking to someone with tits where her eyes should be?

    1. Cdr Lytton   13 years ago

And what is Jeff Greene doing in the panel? It looks like a bad episode of Curb Your Enthusiasm.

  11. Pompey   13 years ago

Totally unrealistic. Why would a tapir be talking to a pedophile? And why is the tapir wearing a suit and humanoid?? This cartoon is very surreal.

    1. Floridian   13 years ago

"To be honest with you Diane, I'm surprised."

      1. Pompey   13 years ago

Is there a rake inside the tapir. ??? This keeps getting weirder and weirder.

  12. Longtorso, Johnny   13 years ago

Oh, God. I just realized YOU CAN'T SEE THEIR HANDS BEHIND THE PODIUM!! WHAT'S GOING ON BACK THERE?!?!?!?

    And Bok sucks.

    1. Cdr Lytton   13 years ago

Christie appears to be eating a corner of the flag. Doesn't he get enough to eat?

      1. UnCivilServant   13 years ago

Plenty, but he needs the fiber.

        1. SugarFree   13 years ago

On a serious note... You know Christie must shit 9 or 10 times a day. He has his own private bathroom after a series of lawsuit filed by his staff.

          1. gaijin   13 years ago

You know Christie must shit 9 or 10 times a day

um, if he did would he look like he does?

  13. Brian D   13 years ago

That is some serious duckface from Chris Christie.

  14. creech   13 years ago

For all we like to rag on Chip, do you all see what passes for editorial cartoons in the mainstream rags? Case in point, the entirely obtuse and unfunny crap that Signe Wilkinson does for the
    Phila. Inky.

    1. BakedPenguin   13 years ago

I agree - Payne and Bok are probably mid pack. However, if you ever read Ramirez in IBD, you get a sense of what's possible.

  15. Suthenboy   13 years ago

    Just heard on the radio;

Fruit of the Loom is permanently laying off 150 of 260 employees in Vidalia, La. No explanation given. I am guessing obamacare. That is a disaster for a town like that.

    1. Longtorso, Johnny   13 years ago

Once Warty started going commando, their sales dropped 25%.

      1. invisible furry hand   13 years ago

When the official Warty merchandise line is launched, I hope there's a t-shirt saying "Ain't no pants can hold me down"

        1. SugarFree   13 years ago

The look... the touch... the feel... of WARTY!

          1. invisible furry hand   13 years ago

What, no smell of Warty? Celebrity perfumes are where the cash is.

            1. Swiss Servator, Befehl!   13 years ago

ifh, the user has to live for the product to sell.

    2. Snark Plissken   13 years ago

Sounds like a looming crisis for their economy.

      1. Suthenboy   13 years ago

No shit. An already poor town with ~4200 people. That is probably half the people in town with jobs. They will all go on welfare and the towns tax revenue will plummet. The domino effect will kill half the other businesses....it will turn into a wasteland.

Ironically most of those losing their jobs are probably black Obama supporters.

        1. Snark Plissken   13 years ago

If it's Obamacare, I'm surprised they didn't manage to get an exemption. Could just be wear and tear of a lousy economy in general.

          1. a better weapon   13 years ago

I would certainly hope underwear would be the last thing people skimp on or go without replacing

            *shudders*

      2. Swiss Servator, Befehl!   13 years ago

I saw what you did there....

        1. UnCivilServant   13 years ago

I weft at the way regulations have warped the incentives.

      3. Banjos   13 years ago

This will tear the fabric of that community apart.

      4. Rich   13 years ago

If they eliminated jobs due to Democratcare, it was done for a good gauze.

        1. Swiss Servator, Befehl!   13 years ago

You all make me shudder. I am filled with the desire to disown you all.....but only due to jealousy that I didn't get any of these puns out first.

      5. gaijin   13 years ago

Sounds like a looming crisis for their economy.
That's one way to spin it

        1. Will Nonya   13 years ago

Too bad they're not getting to enjoy the fruit of their labor?

  16. Banjos   13 years ago

Good morning, East Coast Reasonoids and weirdos who naturally wake up at ungodly hours.

    1. invisible furry hand   13 years ago

      Good morning Banjos!

      1. Rich   13 years ago

Speaking of ungodly hours ... 😉

        1. invisible furry hand   13 years ago

I am insomnia's gift to you

          1. Rich   13 years ago

            And I to you, ifh.

            Have a nice, um, day!!

    2. SugarFree   13 years ago

All hours belong to God, heathen. Even 13 o'clock, the two hours a day he spends ashamed of creating Warty.

      1. Swiss Servator, Befehl!   13 years ago

Ashamed? Warty is a test for the faithful. Kind of a trial by ordeal.

        1. SugarFree   13 years ago

Warty is the burrito God made that is too large for even Him to eat.

          1. Swiss Servator, Befehl!   13 years ago

Whoa... I think I need to contemplate that one for a while. Tonight. After a bottle of shiraz.

            Thanks for that.

  17. Rich   13 years ago

Obviously a shameless plug for the forthcoming Mr. Peabody & Sherman film.

  18. Banjos   13 years ago

Why is [insert someone not intended be drawn in the cartoon] talking to [insert someone else not intended to be drawn in the cartoon] and why are they [insert something not intended to be drawn in cartoon]?

    1. Pompey   13 years ago

      Niche Mad Libs!

  19. Banjos   13 years ago

Baby Liberty finally fell back to sleep. I hopefully I will get another hour of sleep before I have to wake up to take sloopy's daughter to the DMV. It will be a fucking miracle if we get out of there in less than 4 hours. There are days I badly wished I had a regular job like you lucky bastards.

    1. Rich   13 years ago

      DMV, eh?

Make sure you are in the right line, no matter how poorly it is marked.

      Good luck!

    2. John Galt   13 years ago

      Are you Sloopy's kid's nanny?

    3. DesigNate   13 years ago

Thank God I have 14 years before I have to do that 😛

  20. H. Rearden   13 years ago

Who does Bok's lettering? Whoever it is deserves every cent he's paid, probably more. He makes Bok's artwork nearly legible. More labels, fine calligrapher, more labels!

  21. Lord Humungus   13 years ago

I first thought that the red, white, and blue was project vomit spewing from the reporter's mouth. Oh, it's a flag.

  22. Tim   13 years ago

Junior Jumble would be an improvement.

  23. Swiss Servator, Befehl!   13 years ago

Sage is slacking off again, so here you go....

    HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

  24. John Galt   13 years ago

Why's Bill Gates behind the presidential podium?

  25. GILMORE   13 years ago

    I don't get it

  26. Almanian!   13 years ago

I don't get it, either. Also, fried chicken.

    Happy Friday, Reasonoids.

  27. jhonmary   13 years ago
