Durham, NC Mayor: Report on Death of Teen in Police Custody to Be Released Before Friday
Cops say the teen shot himself in the head while handcuffed in the backseat of a police cruiser
Durham Mayor Bill Bell says the city will release its report this week on the death of teen who was in police custody.
Bell said the report on the Nov. 19 death of Jesus Huerta should be released before Friday.
