Formerly Disqualified Transgendered Miss Universe Canada Contestant to Feature in Elle Canada Spread
Also starring on a reality show on E! Canada
Now this is a redemption story: In 2012, model Jenna Talackova was unceremoniously disqualified from the Miss Universe Canada pageant because she was born a male, despite the fact that she'd undergone gender-reassignment surgery at the age of 19. Now, at 25, Talackova is helping to bring global awareness to this issue, with her upcoming reality show called Brave New Girls (slated to air on E! Canada), and a fashion spread in the Jan. 2014 issue of Elle Canada

"...gender-reassignment surgery..."
Sounds like massive scar-tissue in the genital area, but hey...you folks that wish to rebuild your nubbins, I'm all for you having your way.
My only two simple requests are:
1. I ain't paying for it. You are paying the full bill.
2. I don't have to recognize and celebrate your new nubbins.
Other than that, have at it!
