British DPM Calls Plans To Limit Number of EU Immigrants "Illegal"
Bulgarians and Romanians will be allowed to travel freely throughout the bloc next month
Nick Clegg has condemned leaked Home Office proposals to cap the number of European Union immigrants at 75,000 a year as "illegal and unworkable".

Home Secretary Theresa May refused to confirm any plans were in place.
