Former US Adviser Doubts Iran Will Agree to Terms of Final Nuclear Deal

Gary Samore used to advise President Obama

TEL AVIV, Israel, Dec. 5 (UPI) — A former top U.S. adviser on Iran's nuclear program said he doubts Iran will agree to terms the the West will demand in a final agreement.

"Washington has laid out very tough conditions for what it is going to ask Iran in terms of rolling back its nuclear capability," Gary Samore, a former adviser to President Barack Obama on disarmament affairs and Iran's nuclear program, told Thursday.

"I am skeptical Iran will agree to those terms but that is what these negotiations are all about."
