Brickbat: Gun Grabbers
Eric Lee has sued the DeKalb County police department after it refused to return his gun and to reimburse him for towing his truck. Lee, who has a concealed carry permit, went to check on a noise at a business he owned when cops confronted him. They charged him with loitering on his own property and seized his gun and towed his truck. A judge tossed out the charge at his initial appearance.

Proof he's not as smart as a cop
He was loitering, huh?
We shouldn't be so hard on cops. After all, they don't become cops because they're smart. They become cops because they like harassing people and pushing them around, otherwise referred to as being "tough on crime".
Do you know why I'm standing here?
If those who can't teach.
I think if those who can't and are incredibly violent police
umm that needed some commas. Sorry just woke up here on the west coast.
Yeah that . . . that needs more than some commas.
Or because of union regulations or because of personnel policies or because of officer safety or because of the fact the dumbfucks have no defense.
or becasue the sergeant really really liked that pistol and it's his now...neener, neener, neener
Well now that makes a lot of sens edude.

Ohhhh, Mr. Lee is black. That explains the initial arrest. And the fucked up initial arrest explains why the coppers are turtling right now.
Eric Lee has sued the DeKalb County police department
Can we get authors arrested for not listing the state? One article told about Franklin County, no state, and the link was no help either. There are 24 Franklin Counties in the U.S.
I believe its Georgia.
DeKalb County, GA. Like where the story is datelined.

I don't understand why cops still keep pulling this sub-70 IQ bullshit, like a vicious older brother who was repeatedly dropped on his head as a baby.
I mean, they keep getting slapped down by judges for their thuggish ways. But even though nothing happens to them as a result....oh, wait.
I got lip from airport police one for allegedly not doing my stop - which I soooo did. When I got out of the car to (politely) tell the guy how can it be since I let two cars pass at the four-stop intersection because it was their right of way, the punk kid in the passenger side waved his hand condescendingly gesturing me to go back to my car. At least his partner was more professional.
Just saying.

In a police report, an officer wrote: "While taking Mr. Lee into custody, I could smell a strong smell of an alcoholic beverage.' Lee said the odor was from the homeless people on his property who were taken into custody next to him. He said they were so drunk they were throwing up.
"While hearing Mr. Lee has filed a lawsuit, I could sense a strong sense of sphincter muscles being tensed."
Only those of the taxpayers, that will be on the hook for this...
Why doesn't he report this theft to the Georgina state police and/or the FBI?
he doesn't want any state/federal cops coming in and stealing more of his shit
