Toronto Mayor Says There is No Reason To Resign Over Video Appearing To Show Him Smoking Crack
Police have not released details of the video, but say it is consistent with media reporting
Toronto Mayor Rob Ford has refused to quit after police said they recovered a video appearing to show him smoking from a crack pipe.
Mr Ford, who has denied smoking crack, said he had "no reason" to resign.
