Pennsylvania State Police Say Teacher Raped Student in School
Investigation continuing
A Pennsylvania high school shop teacher is accused of raping a 16-year-old student at school, and state police say the investigation is continuing because it began with a complaint from another student about unwanted attention from the teacher.
That complaint surfaced last week, but police say 28-year-old Todd McCullough, of Kiski Township, raped the Saltsburg High School student in April.
