FBI to Investigate Fatal Police Shooting of Teen with Fake Gun
13-year-old boy killed in northern California
The Federal Bureau of Investigation is conducting an independent investigation of the fatal shooting of a popular 13-year-old boy by a sheriff's deputy in Northern California.
Sheriff Steve Freitas said in a statement Friday afternoon that he will cooperate fully with federal investigators and welcomes their participation in the probe of Andy Lopez's killing on Tuesday afternoon. The shooting has generated numerous protests and marches in the suburban town of Santa Rosa, with many residents questioning the deputy's decision to fire on the youth.

If you guys are interested in seeing what vile pieces of shit leftists are just read the comments on the huffington post about this.
They blame the boy, the blame the toy maker, the blame the NRA, and gun owners, they blame everyone except the fucking cops that murdered a 13 year old boy.
Apparently their hate of the 2nd amendment trumps their distrust of cops, and their supposed love for minorities.
I play airsoft, and let me tell you, this will NOT help the airsoft community. California has already been pushing to ruin the game for all of us, and mark my words, this will spark that damned fire once again.
And honestly, at what point does it become WRONG for a police officer to shoot someone to death? As far as I can tell, a police officer, on or off duty, can just pull out his gun and blow a persons brains out at any time for any reason and be cleared of charges within a month.
To be a police officer means to be a government sanctioned murderer.
