Just finished watching a cspan thing with what I guess could be called mainstream newspaper op/ed cartoonists. Goddamn there's some serious brain death out there. Our Reason toons may be a bit dull, but at least they have some logical consistency. Bonus from the cspan vid: obligatory crazy ranting guy demanding that the cartoonists explain the failure of the media to explain the failure of the Iraq war.

Why are their names on their license plates? And shouldn't Obama have some kind of a chauffeur considering that he is the sitting president? There doesn't even seem to be a Secret Service detail.

I know it is T-15 minutes for AM links but I am going to ask this question here anyway.

Does anyone have a2ny experience with the Mauser M98 that Sig Sauer is making? Apparently they are using the specs for the Mauser k98 and I am thinking of pciking one up.
