Is that Bart Simpson sneaking up behind Bill Cosby?

    1. SugarFree   12 years ago

He’s wearing Bart’s ass as a hat. It’s very wrong. So wrong.

  2. Floridian   12 years ago

I know I am suppose to bash Friday funnies but I like this one.

    1. Fatty Bolger   12 years ago

I have to admit, this is pretty clever for Bok.

    2. Snark Plissken   12 years ago

The Crown on Obama was a nice touch.

    3. Scruffy Nerfherder   12 years ago

Above par for Bok. In all fairness, the vast majority of political cartoonists are hard left. Bok doesn’t really need to try that hard to stand out from the crowd.

      I did like this one.

      1. Floridian   12 years ago

        That’s a good one.

  3. Scruffy Nerfherder   12 years ago

Who would have thought that thousands of hours of pure boredom would lead to this kind of behavior?

A federal air marshal has been arrested and accused of taking cell phone photographs underneath women’s skirts as they boarded a plane at Nashville International Airport.

    1. mad libertarian guy   12 years ago

You mean paying guys to do nothing but fly all over the place with virtually nothing to do isn’t productive or worthwhile?

    2. DEG   12 years ago

He didn’t follow the proper procedures. If he followed the proper procedures, he never would have been arrested.

    3. Loki   12 years ago

He was just making sure none of them were wearing underwear bombs.

    The Atlanta Journal-Constitution

Atlanta-based Delta Air Lines’ booking website and mobile applications were temporarily unavailable to customers Thursday, experiencing outages at least twice during the day.

The online operations experienced outages around 11 a.m. and then again later in the day after 5 p.m. before being restored. In both instances, the carrier said the problems were due to server issues, but it did not provide any specifics.

Visitors to delta.com were greeted with the following message:

“We’ve encountered an unexpected server issue. Our technicians are working on the problem and we expect to have you back online very soon. To book a trip or manage your itinerary, please call 1-800-221-1212. We apologize for any inconvenience.”

    SHUT DOWN DELTA!

    1. Floridian   12 years ago

If delta was forcing me to use their services I would totally agree to close it. As is I can use another airline or not fly at all.

    2. H. ReardEn   12 years ago

Yeah, the implications of a malfunctioning website of Delta and the ACA are completely the same…if taxpayers pay to fix Delta’s problem, any Delta losses are subsidized by taxpayers to insure that Delta remains in business, and Delta customers are fined for failing to book flights for Delta, regardless of their desire to fly.

They’re completely the same you mendacious twat.

      1. Doctor Whom   12 years ago

Don’t you two get it? Choice and compulsion are basically the same thing. Freedom is slavery. Up is down. Day is night. [/progderp]

        1. Floridian   12 years ago

Sorry. I haven’t been to the re-education camp yet.

      2. Tonio   12 years ago

        It’s a sockpuppet you well-meaning commentator. Don’t feed it.

    3. Smilin' Joe Fission   12 years ago

Shriek is the only true libertarian here, remember. He’s not actually a TEAM blue butt boy or anything.

      1. Palin's Buttplug   12 years ago

Oh, lighten up. It is Friday Funnies. When I type in all caps it is sarcasm or mimicking someone.

        HYPERINFLAISHUN!

THAR COMIN’ TO GET YER GUNS!

        1. Tonio   12 years ago

Uh, when you’re already a self-parody you lose the ability to engage in parody of others.

        2. Ted S.   12 years ago

And your comment was about as funny as the average Chip Bok or Henry Payne drawing.

      2. Jordan   12 years ago

To be fair, he does believe in 1 or 2 freedoms, so he only scores a 94/100 on the Fascism Purity Test.

    4. mad libertarian guy   12 years ago

And of course temporary online outages, while providing another means to book your flight with no issues, is EXACTLY the same as a website that barely functions at all and provides no other means to buy a product that is legally mandated.

      STFU, you mendacious twat.

      1. Neoliberal Kochtopus   12 years ago

you people are still responding to it, so why would it shut up?

        1. Tonio   12 years ago

          ^That.

        2. Floridian   12 years ago

I was good on TFT, now it is Friday and I am about start vacation so I have energy to spare.

Why is Don Knotts reading the news?

  6. Jordan   12 years ago

Why is an octogenarian Wolverine playing the part of Ted Cruz?

  7. gaijin   12 years ago

I’m sure it’s been noted before, but Obama’s head is drawn in a way that looks remarkably similar to a certain male organ.

    1. Longtorso, Johnny   12 years ago

Nobody has ever remarked on the subliminal penis images (I’m calling my rock band Subliminal Penis, BTW) in Bok’s work. Maybe there is a PhD thesis in that.

      1. The DerpRider   12 years ago

Draw penis. Write politician name near said penis. Obama’s head is truly a head in this one.

        1. Bobarian   12 years ago

          Needz MOAR labelz!!

    2. invisible furry hand   12 years ago

given Bok’s skills, the organ intended was probably a spleen or something

  8. Bones   12 years ago

It’s not funny but at least the artwork sucks. At least, labels. I guess?
