Battle over Sex Shows Closes Las Vegas Nightclub
Judge ordered them to clean up their acts
An envelope-pushing Las Vegas Strip nightclub has closed a month after a judge ordered it to clean up its raunchy shows.
A spokeswoman for The Act club inside The Palazzo confirmed the year-old venue was shuttered after a final night of partying Saturday.
An official explanation for the closure wasn't offered.
The avant-garde club had been in a legal battle with its landlords over simulated sex acts in its shows.
