Brazil's President Seeking Answers From Canadians After Spying Report
Americans not the only ones reportedly snooping on Brazil
Brazilian president Dilma Rousseff says Canada has violated her country's sovereignty and demanded an explanation for "unacceptable" spying carried out by Communications Security Establishment Canada on Brazil's Ministry of Mines and Energy.
The spying was revealed Sunday night by Brazil's flagship investigative program Fantastico, in a report made by Sonia Bridi and the American journalist Glenn Greenwald, who lives in Rio. It is based on documents from the former U.S. National Security Agency contractor Edward Snowden.

Damn, why did my country do this? Why? Get caught I mean.
Wait... looking at the last four paragraphs, is this even a legitimate spy problem or a manufactured crisis? Maybe my reading comprehension sucks or maybe nobody there knows how to structure an article...
I'm 90% sure Canada is spying on Brazil to counter Brazil's protectionist policies... only the government can make the rules unfair... unless there's another gov't doing the same... then it really becomes unfair, and as long as you're losing that's cheating!
