Hagel Says the Military Missed "Red Flags" on Navy Yard Shooter
Aaron Alexis reported hearing voices to police
WASHINGTON, Sept. 19 (UPI) -- The military didn't pick up on Aaron Alexis "red flags" that could have stopped the Washington Navy Yard shooting spree, Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel said.
"Obviously, when you go back in hindsight and look at this, there were some red flags," Hagel told reporters at the Pentagon.
