Man Walks into Las Vegas Jail and Starts Hitting Guards with Bat

Needless to say, his boldness came as a bit of a surprise

A police report says jail guards were surprised by the brazenness of a man accused of walking into a jail in downtown Las Vegas with an aluminum baseball bat and attacking corrections officers.

An officer involved in the Wednesday fracas later told Las Vegas police investigators that he couldn't believe 25-year-old Michael Marcel Law came into the lobby of the Clark County jail wielding a baseball bat.

Law also is accused of pulling a knife before he was subdued and arrested.
