Former Missouri Jailers Get Probation After Admitting to Arranging Prison Fights
No getting locked in a cage and supervised by sadists for them
Two men received probation after admitting that as jailers they arranged for one inmate to beat up another last year at the Medium Security Institution, 7600 Hall Street.
Elvis Maurice Howard, of the 5400 block of Partridge Avenue, pleaded guilty of first-degree burglary, third-degree assault and obstruction of government operations. Dexter Brinson, of the 4900 block of Northland Place, pleaded guilty of the assault and obstruction charges; his burglary count was dropped.
