Australian Opposition Leader's Gaffe on Campaign Trail Prompts Laughter
Says no one is the "suppository of all wisdom"
Australia's opposition leader is facing ridicule for making the latest gaffe in the country's general election campaign, saying that no one is the "suppository of all wisdom".
Tony Abbott's blunder sparked laughter during his speech to members of his Liberal Party.
He had meant to say "repository", meaning a store, not the medicine that is inserted and then dissolves inside the body.
