WASHINGTON, Aug 9 (RIA Novosti)—Russia acted strictly in line with Russian law and the country's international obligations in its decision to grant US intelligence leaker Edward Snowden temporary asylum, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said here Friday.
