A judge in Pulaski County has again rejected prosecutors' requests to delay the upcoming manslaughter retrial for a former Little Rock police officer.

Prosecutors had asked Judge Wendell Griffen to reconsider his decision to not push back the retrial for Josh Hastings, who's charged with manslaughter in the shooting death of 15-year-old Bobby Moore III.
