Putin Does Not Believe Russian Relations With US Will Be Harmed if Snowden is Granted Asylum
Says bilateral relations are more important than "squabbles"
MOSCOW — President Vladimir V. Putin signaled on Wednesday that he expected the broader bilateral relationship with the United States would not be harmed if Russia granted asylum to Edward J. Snowden, the former intelligence contractor on the run from American authorities.
