Senators Reach Border Security Deal For Immigration Reform Bill
Some details still need to be finalized
Senate negotiators have reached a tentative deal on a border security amendment that could bring more Republican support to immigration reform.
Sen. Bob Corker (R-Tenn.) on Thursday said some details needed to be worked through but added he thought the deal could be announced.
It's unclear how many more Republicans will support the underlying bill because of the new language, though Corker offered optimism.
