Accused Cleveland Kidnapper Faces 329 Charges
Held three women for a decade
The Cleveland man charged with holding three women captive in his home for a decade, while raping and assaulting them, will be arraigned on Wednesday, officials said.
Court officials set the arraignment for Ariel Castro, 52, on 329 charges -- including murder, kidnapping and rape.
The indictment returned Friday charged Castro with aggravated murder in a miscarriage that allegedly resulted from a captive women being starved and punched in the stomach.
