Man Shot at Houston Airport

Injuries called life-threatening

One person has been shot at Terminal B of Bush Intercontinental Airport, according to Houston police.

Houston Police Department spokeswoman Jodi Silva said that an armed male suffered at least one gunshot wound at 1:35 p.m. Thursday near a ticket counter in the pre-screening area of Terminal B.

She said the man, who had life-threatening injuries, was taken to an area hospital.
