Judge to Hear Arguments Against Arizona's Illegal Immigrant Driver's License Ban
Lawyers say the federal government has the authority to regulate immigration which cannot be overturned by Gov. Brewer's executive order
(Reuters) - Lawyers will ask a federal judge on Friday to prevent Arizona from denying driver's licenses to young illegal immigrants granted temporary legal status by the federal government in the southwest state's latest court clash over the Obama administration's immigration policies.

Somebody ought to sue for young residents under the age of 16 that are barred from getting licenses. Oh, you mean that's up to the states to decide?
