Bucks County District Attorney David Heckler said that the accidental shooting by police of an 89-year-old Warminster woman was partly caused by the the non sequential door-numbering system at the apartment complex where she lived.

Heckler said that when Marie Zienkewicz opened her door Feb. 20 to help her neighbor during ashootout at the Jefferson on the Creek Apartments, police believed it was the gunman emerging from his apartment.
