Citgo Refinery in Texas Flew Flags at Half-Staff for Hugo Chavez
U.S., Texas flags since returned to position; Citgo flag remains at half-staff
As of this afternoon, the American and Texas flags are now back at the top of flag poles outside the Citgo refinery on Nueces Bay Boulevard.
This morning those flags, along with the Citgo flag, were flying at half staff, presumably in memory of Venezuelan President Hugo
