Unable to form coalition after the assassination of opposition leader

Tunisian Prime Minister Hamadi Jebali has announced his resignation in a live television address to the nation.

Mr Jebali had been trying to form a new coalition in response to the political crisis sparked by the killing of opposition leader Chokri Belaid.
